The pixel definition layer includes a filling layer and a cut-off layer stacked in a direction away from the driving backplane, where the filling layer has a thickness smaller than the first electrode layer. The cut-off layer is provided with a separation slot located outside the first electrodes, and a first cut-off slot is provided on a sidewall of the separation slot.
