Abstract: To present a pickup location in a transportation service, a server device receives a request for ridesharing services from a rider's current location to a drop-off location. The server device broadcasts the request to drivers and receives an indication of acceptance of the request from one of the drivers. Then the server device provides a pickup location to the rider and the driver which is presented in a map display of the rider and driver's client devices. When the rider or driver's current location is within a threshold distance of the pickup location, the corresponding client device switches to an augmented reality mode and presents a camera view from a camera of the client device depicting real-world imagery. The server device provides information to the corresponding client device to present in the augmented reality mode overlaying the real-world imagery to assist the rider or driver in finding the pickup location.

An end of the first internal optical fiber is connected to the first optical fiber adapter, and the optical fiber connector is optically connected to the light-emitting component and wraps another end of the first internal optical fiber. The first internal optical fiber and the optical fiber connector are transparent material members, and light transmittance of the two is different. The light-emitting housing includes a bottom wall and a concave groove. The optical fiber connector is disposed on the bottom wall, and a portion of the optical fiber connector is located above the concave groove. An orthogonal projection of the another end of the first internal optical fiber on the bottom wall is located in the concave groove.

Abstract: Nucleic acid constructs encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and a truncated human epidermal growth factor receptor (huEGFRt) are described. The encoded CARs include a tumor antigen-specific monoclonal antibody, such as a glypican-3 (GPC3)-specific, a GPC2-specific or a mesothelin-specific monoclonal antibody, fused to a CD8? hinge region, a CD8? transmembrane region, a 4-1BB co-stimulatory domain and a CD3? signaling domain. Isolated host cells, such as isolated T cells that co-express the disclosed CARs and huEGFRt are also described. T cells transduced with the disclosed CAR constructs can be used for cancer immunotherapy.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic paste composition and a preparation method thereof. The electronic paste composition includes tungsten, manganese, an additive, and an organic vehicle, wherein the additive is selected from at least one of ruthenium, tellurium, germanium, and vanadium. The preparation method includes: mixing tungsten powder and manganese powder with the additive, and then bringing a mixture as acquired into contact with the organic vehicle. In addition, the present disclosure further provides a use of the electronic paste composition in preparing a ceramal heat generation body having a low temperature coefficient of resistance. Each of the electronic paste composition according to the present disclosure and the electronic paste prepared by the method according to the present disclosure has a consistent and low temperature coefficient of resistance.
