    Abstract: An electronic device includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board stacked with the first circuit board, and a connection plate connected between the first circuit board and the second circuit board. The connection plate includes a signal transmission part and at least one ground part at a spacing to the signal transmission part. The ground part can be used as a reference ground for a signal transmitted by the signal transmission part, so that the characteristic impedance of the signal transmission part is controllable, and the signal transmitted by the signal transmission part has strong continuity, thereby maintaining good matching performance and reducing an insertion loss caused by characteristic impedance mismatch.

    Abstract: A method for genetic transformation of edible mushrooms is provided relating to the technical field of genetic transformation of Agaricus bisporus, enoki mushroom and shiitake. The disclosed method for genetic transformation of Agaricus bisporus includes: inoculating Agaricus bisporus liquid mycelia into a foxtail-millet-grain culture medium, and pre-culturing them at 20-25° C. until Agaricus bisporus mycelia grow on surfaces of foxtail millet grains. This method uses the foxtail millet grains as an attachment matrix, and during the pre-culturing and co-culturing, the culture substrate is shaken up every day. The method for genetic transformation of enoki mushroom or shiitake includes: inoculation of enoki mushroom mycelia or shiitake mycelia, activated culturing of agrobacterium, and agrobacterium infecting a foxtail millet grain-enoki mushroom mycelium matrix or a foxtail millet grain-shiitake mycelium matrix.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a genetically engineered a KASIII-independent fatty acid biosynthetic pathway that makes use of the promiscuous nature of the rest of the FAS enzymes (3-ketoacyl-ACP synthetase, 3-ketoacyl-ACP reductase, 3-hydroxyacyl ACP dehydrase, enoyl-ACP reductase) to bypass the KASIII step by providing a Co-A precursor of two or higher than two carbons (such as the four carbon butyryl-CoA) as the starting molecule. Since many CoA-based starter molecules can be supplied for the fatty acid synthesis, much more diversified products can be obtained with various carbon-chain lengths. As such, this disclosure will serve as a powerful and efficient platform to produce low to medium chain length products carrying many different functional groups.
