    Abstract: A system for controlling a throttle signal, as well as methods of assembling the same, is provided. Controlling the throttle signal includes activating a supply of power to an electronic control unit (ECU). A first throttle signal associated with a throttle position signal of a vehicle throttle is communicated. An initial gear state of the vehicle is determined. Based on the initial gear state of the vehicle, a modified throttle signal to the ECU is communicated in response to receiving a command signal. Based on determining a change in the gear state of the vehicle, terminating the communication of the modified throttle signal. A second throttle signal that is associated with a second throttle position signal of the vehicle throttle is communicated.

In one aspect, a determination is made as to how many trailers are connected to a tractor, and whether those trailers and any dollies are equipped with an Anti-Lock Braking System. For example, an average rate of messages that indicate an ABS system is operating correctly may be determined. Also, an amount of messages received within a certain time interval may be determined. Based on whether the average rate is above a threshold amount and whether an amount of messages were received within one or more time intervals a determination may be made as to whether an adverse action occurs such as losing the authority to cause a trailer to brake fully and/or dissolve a platoon.

    Abstract: The present invention provides for single-molecule profiling of combinatorial protein modifications and single-molecule profiling of combinatorial protein modifications combined with single-molecule sequencing of protein/nucleic acids complexes. High-throughput single-molecule imaging was applied to decode combinatorial modifications on millions of individual nucleosomes from pluripotent stem cells and lineage-committed cells. Applicants identified bivalent nucleosomes with concomitant repressive and activating marks, as well as other combinatorial modification states whose prevalence varies with developmental potency. Applying genetic and chemical perturbations of chromatin enzymes show a preferential affect on nucleosomes harboring specific modification states. The present invention also combines this proteomic platform with single-molecule DNA sequencing technology to simultaneously determine the modification states and genomic positions of individual nucleosomes.
