  • Patent number: 11805974
Abstract: Transducer-based systems can be configured to display a graphical representation of a transducer-based device, the graphical representation including graphical elements corresponding to transducers of the transducer-based device, and also including between graphical elements respectively associated with a set of the transducers and respectively associated with a region of space between the transducers of the transducer-based device. Selection of graphical elements and/or between graphical elements can cause activation of the set of transducers associated with the selected elements. Selection of a plurality of graphical elements and/or between graphical elements can cause visual display of a corresponding activation path in the graphical representation. Visual characteristics of graphical elements and between graphical elements can change based on an activation-status of the corresponding transducers.

  • Patent number: 11794420
Abstract: Advanced single vacuum bag (ASVB) fabrication methods and assemblies are provided to manufacture and repair polymer composites whereby a rigid check plate is mounted over an uncured laminate by a thermally collapsible check plate stand. The check plate stand thereby maintains a gap between the check plate and the uncured laminate during first stage processing conditions, yet is capable of thermally collapsing during subsequent second stage processing conditions to thereby allow the check plate to fall into compressive contact with the uncured laminate After the check plate collapses onto the uncured laminate, the compressive force of the check plate will be transferred to the laminate to consolidate the laminate as desired and thereby form an at least partially cured polymer composite structure of high quality.

  • Patent number: 11789723
Abstract: A request to store a container image is received from a device associated with a customer of a computing resource service provider. Validity of a security token associated with the request is authenticated using a cryptographic key maintained as a secret by the computing resource service provider. One or more layers of the container image is built based at least in part on at least one build artifact to form a set of built layers. The software image including the set of built layers is stored in a repository associated with the customer. A manifest of metadata for the set of built layers is stored in a database of a structured data store. The container image is obtained in the form of an obtained container image. The obtained container image is deployed as the software container in at least one virtual machine instance associated with the customer.

  • Patent number: 11790171
Abstract: A natural language understanding method begins with a radiological report text containing clinical findings. Errors in the text are corrected by analyzing character-level optical transformation costs weighted by a frequency analysis over a corpus corresponding to the report text. For each word within the report text, a word embedding is obtained, character-level embeddings are determined, and the word and character-level embeddings are concatenated to a neural network which generates a plurality of NER tagged spans for the report text. A set of linked relationships are calculated for the NER tagged spans by generating masked text sequences based on the report text and determined pairs of potentially linked NER spans. A dense adjacency matrix is calculated based on attention weights obtained from providing the one or more masked text sequences to a Transformer deep learning network, and graph convolutions are then performed over the calculated dense adjacency matrix.

  • Publication number: 20230304985
Abstract: A system and method for identifying different types of produce at checkout based on an odor emitted by the produce is provided herein. An olfactometer is used to detect chemical compounds contributing to an odor of the produce at checkout. Based on the detected odor, an odor profile is constructed and compared to one or more baseline odor profiles stored in memory. Based on the comparison results, a freshness date for the produce is determined provided to a device associated with the shopper. So informed, the shopper is aware of how long the produce will be considered fresh. Additionally, one or more reminder messages may be sent to a device associated with the shopper reminding them of the freshness date for the produce they purchased.

  • Patent number: 11765035
Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and tangible non-transitory computer readable media for checking computing device inactivity are provided. The disclosed technology can access, based on a device policy, organizational data associated with activity of a user's computing device. Based on the device policy and the organizational data, a valid inactivity time period including continuous organization approved time periods of valid inactivity beginning at a most recent time the computing device was active and ending a predetermined amount of time after the most recent time can be determined. Based on the device policy and the organizational data, a determination of whether inactivity criteria associated with inactivity of the computing device are satisfied is made. Satisfying the inactivity criteria can include the computing device being inactive after the valid inactivity time period. Furthermore, indications associated with the computing device's inactivity can be generated if the inactivity criteria are satisfied.
