  • Patent number: 12249316
Abstract: A speech recognition platform configured to receive an audio signal that includes speech from a user and perform automatic speech recognition (ASR) on the audio signal to identify ASR results. The platform may identify: (i) a domain of a voice command within the speech based on the ASR results and based on context information associated with the speech or the user, and (ii) an intent of the voice command. In response to identifying the intent, the platform may perform a corresponding action, such as streaming audio to the device, setting a reminder for the user, purchasing an item on behalf of the user, making a reservation for the user or launching an application for the user. The speech recognition platform, in combination with the device, may therefore facilitate efficient interactions between the user and a voice-controlled device.

  • Publication number: 20250063669
Abstract: A battery system includes a plurality of non-cylindrical shaped battery cells arranged on, and physically affixed to, a flexible printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB may include a bend axis that facilitates folding of the flexible PCB to form an upper portion of the flexible PCB and a lower portion of the flexible PCB. A central stiffener may be positioned between the upper portion and the lower portion of the flexible PCB using an adhesive foam tape to form a battery assembly. The battery system may include a flexible housing with an internal cavity that receives the battery assembly. The central stiffener, and the adhesive foam tape, may provide a degree of rigidity and/or absorption to the PCB to reduce localized deformation of the PCB when the battery system experiences shock forces and to prevent damage to components of the battery assembly. The stiffener may be formed from non-metallic material.

  • Publication number: 20240426061
Abstract: There is disclosed a method of forming a moulded receptacle, comprising: applying a fibre suspension onto a mould cavity wall of a receptacle mould, the fibre suspension at least partially coating the mould cavity wall. The method further comprises supplying a fluid into direct contact with the fibre suspension on the mould cavity wall at a pressure of between about 3.5 bar and about 10 bar for a period of less than about 60 seconds, such that the fluid presses the fibre suspension against the mould cavity wall so that liquid is removed from the fibre suspension and passes through apertures formed in the mould cavity wall to form the moulded receptacle on the mould cavity wall.

  • Publication number: 20240314134
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for analysis of role reachability with transitive tags are disclosed. An access control analyzer determines a graph including nodes and edges. The nodes represent roles in a provider network hosting resources. The roles are associated with access control policies granting or denying access to individual resources. One or more of the access control policies grant or deny access based (at least in part) on key-value attributes. The access control analyzer determines, based (at least in part) on a role reachability analysis of the graph, whether a first role can assume a second role using role assumption steps for a particular state of the attributes. The attributes may include transitive attributes that persist during the role assumption steps.
