  • Patent number: 11643318
Abstract: A hand-held beverage dispenser includes a handle body, within which multiple valve units are contained. Two sets of fluid flow paths are provided into the handle body. The sets of fluid flow paths are mutually exclusive one to the other. Each flow path of the first set is in fluid communication with each valve unit, whereas only a predetermined one of the second set of fluid flow paths is in fluid communication with each valve unit. Each valve unit includes a flow control valve and a selection valve. The selection valve determines on an ad hoc basis which of the first set of flow paths will be utilized at any given time, while the flow control valve provides single action simultaneous ON-OFF control of fluid flows through both the selected flow path and the predetermined flow path.

  • Patent number: 11637870
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to improving user responses to cyber security threats. A computing platform may generate a test communication to simulate a potential cyber threat activity. Then, the computing platform may send, via the communication interface, the test communication to a user device associated with a target user. Then, the computing platform may receive, via the communication interface and from the user device, a response to the test communication. Subsequently, the computing platform may determine, based on the response, a threat awareness level for the target user, where the threat awareness level is indicative of a susceptibility of the target user to the potential cyber threat activity. Then, the computing platform may send, to the target user and based on the threat awareness level, an alert notification to counter the cyber threat activity.

Abstract: A microcontroller system that includes a central processing unit (CPU), a first system memory, a first peripheral module, and a DMA controller is disclosed. The DMA controller includes a DMA processor, a DMA memory, and a DMA interconnect. The DMA memory stores information associated with the DMA processor. The DMA processor receives a command from the CPU or a signal from a peripheral processor of the first peripheral module that a first data transfer is requested. The DMA processor receives first data from the first system memory or the first peripheral module. The DMA processor, based at least in part on the information stored in the DMA memory, transmits the first data to the first peripheral module or the first system memory, thereby sparing the CPU from managing the transferring of the first data.

  • Publication number: 20230086203
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and system include a processor(s) obtaining a query request from an application via a source database management system to a target database management system, where the query request comprises a query and a query timestamp indicating a last update to table(s) in the source database management system referenced in the query request. The processor(s) determines a table update timestamp indicating a last time when the table(s) in the source database management system referenced in the query request was replicated to the target database management system. The processor(s) generates an indicator where the indicator represent a difference between the query timestamp and the table update timestamp. The processor(s) executes the query in the target database management system. The processor(s) transmit a query result and the indicator to the source database management system.
