    Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to methods, apparatuses, and systems for sampling fluid and analyzing fluid samples. In various embodiments, a fluid sampling cartridge for capturing a fluid sample comprises a slide body configured for receiving a fluid sample within a fluid channel; a cartridge locator configured for physical engagement with a housing defined by a fluid sampling system to align the fluid sampling cartridge in an installed position within the housing; a body holder secured relative to the slide body and configured to be dynamically engaged with the cartridge locator, wherein the cartridge locator is configured to rotate about a central axis thereof relative to the body holder; wherein the fluid sampling cartridge is configured for arrangement within the housing in the installed position to facilitate execution of an imaging operation by the fluid sampling system with respect to the fluid sample captured in the fluid channel.

An example air quality monitoring device may include a housing comprising a chamber and an inlet port, a plurality of sensors to measure air quality data, and a controller. The inlet port is structured to selectively receive ambient air flow such that the sensors measure air quality data associated with the ambient air flow and to selectively receive air flow directly from an outlet port of a positive airway pressure machine such that the sensors measure air quality data associated with the air flow from positive airway pressure machine. The controller compares the measured air quality data associated with the ambient air flow with the measured air quality data associated with the air flow from the positive airway pressure machine to determine net air quality data associated with air flow from the positive airway pressure machine.

The mutants have a locked in high light-acclimated phenotype, in which many of the photosynthetic parameters characteristic of high light acclimated wild type cells are found in the LIHLA mutants when acclimated to low light, such as reduced chlorophyll, reduced NPQ, higher qP, higher Ek, higher Pmax per unit chlorophyll with little to no reduction in Pmax per cell, and higher rates of electron transport through photosystem II over a wide range of light intensities. Provided herein are constructs for attenuating or disrupting genes are provided for generating mutants having the LIHLA phenotype. Also provided are methods of culturing LIHLA mutants for the production of biomass or other products.

The hierarchical asset sharing model may specify a plurality of asset sharing modes. In a first mode, an asset of the parent is imposed on a child. The child is able to utilize the asset, but unable to modify or delete the asset. In a second mode, the child is able to utilize the asset and a copy of the asset is generated when the child attempts to modify the asset. The child can modify the copy of the asset, which is stored as an asset only of the child. The original asset is no longer shared becomes an asset only of the parent. In a third mode, both the parent and the child can utilize and modify the asset.
