  • Publication number: 20240139032
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are configures to measure an eye without contacting the eye with a patient interface, and these measurements are used to determine alignment and placement of the incisions when the patient interface contacts the eye. The pre-contact locations of one or more structures of the eye can be used to determine corresponding post-contact locations of the one or more optical structures of the eye when the patient interface has contacted the eye, such that the laser incisions are placed at locations that promote normal vision of the eye. The incisions are positioned in relation to the pre-contact optical structures of the eye, such as an astigmatic treatment axis, nodal points of the eye, and visual axis of the eye.

  • Publication number: 20240147862
Abstract: A method for producing a microelectromechanical oscillation system. A carrier substrate having a first surface is provided. A circumferential first trench is produced, which extends from the first surface at least partially through the carrier substrate. A passivation layer is applied to the first surface of the first carrier substrate and the first circumferential trench is at least partially filled with the passivation layer. A first polysilicon layer is grown on the passivation layer and/or the first surface of the carrier substrate. A transducer element of the microelectromechanical oscillation system is arranged on a second surface of the first polysilicon layer. A second trench is produced through the carrier substrate in the direction of the transducer element, which extends up to the passivation layer so that the oscillatable transducer plate of the microelectromechanical oscillation system is produced adjacent to the second trench using the first polysilicon layer.

  • Publication number: 20240147316
Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for automatically detecting wireless neighbor relationships within a wireless network. While a user device is using a first cell for communications, the user device detects and provides a physical cell identifier for a second cell to a computing device, e.g., the first cell or server. The computing device queries a relationship table of the first cell for a known handover relationship between the first cell and the second cell. If the table does not include the known handover relationship, the computing device instructs the user device to obtain a cell global identifier of the second cell. The computing device then adds a new handover relationship between the first cell and the second cell to the relationship table using the cell global identifier of the second cell. Communications for the user device can be automatically handed over from the first cell to the second cell.

  • Publication number: 20240147006
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed to determine whether audience measurement meters are co-located. An example apparatus is to, based on a difference between a first sampling time of a first entry of a first log and a second sampling time of a corresponding entry of a second log satisfying a first threshold, determine at least one matching instance of at least one first device identifier of the first entry and at least one second device identifier of the corresponding entry. Additionally, the example apparatus is to populate a variable with the at least one matching instance. The example apparatus is also to, based on a metric satisfying a second threshold, cause transmission of an alert indicating that a first meter and a second meter were co-located during generation of the first log and the second log, the metric based on the at least one matching instance.
