A first mass is axially translatable in a first direction relative to the frame parallel to a first axis, and a first biasing force urges the first mass toward a first-mass rest position in which the first mass is symmetric about the mast axis. A second mass is axially translatable in a second direction relative to the frame parallel to a second axis, and a second biasing force urges the second mass toward a second-mass rest position in which the second mass is symmetric about the mast axis. A selected first or second mass moves radially outward from the rest position to oppose vibrations in the rotor.

    Abstract: A towing hitch receiver structure for a vehicle is disclosed. The towing hitch receiver structure includes a torsion tube; and a receiver structure mounted to the torsion tube at a center position between both ends. The receiver structure supports a receiver tube positioned below the torsion tube. The receiver structure includes a pair of side receiver plates, each plate having an opening that encircles the outer cross-section of the torsion tube and is secured to the torsion tube by a weld. The side plates are parallel to each other and to the receiver tube in the lengthwise direction. Because the receiver plates make up each side of the receiver structure, the torsion tube is allowed to bend freely. Provided the arrangement of side receiver plates, the hitch structure can be made using thinner, lighter weight parts.

    Abstract: A method for dynamically modifying data set generation depth is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, such a method includes providing a data set comprising one or more data elements. For each data element, a maximum generations number is designated that specifies a maximum number of generations of the data element to retain in the data set. The method monitors an access rate (e.g., creation rate, update rate, etc.) for each data element and dynamically alters, for each data element, the maximum generations number in accordance with the data element's access rate. In certain embodiments, the maximum generations number of a data element is increased as its access rate increases. Similarly, the maximum generations number of a data element may be decreased as its access rate decreases. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for performing wide memory operations for a wide data cache line. In some examples of the disclosed technology, a processor having two or more execution lanes includes a data cache coupled to memory, a wide memory load circuit that concurrently loads two or more words from a cache line of the data cache, and a writeback circuit situated to send a respective word of the concurrently-loaded words to a selected execution lane of the processor, either into an operand buffer or bypassing the operand buffer. In some examples, a sharding circuit is provided that allows bitwise, byte-wise, and/or word-wise manipulation of memory operation data. In some examples, wide cache loads allows for concurrent execution of plural execution lanes of the processor.
