    Abstract: A system and method for detecting integrity of a position for a mover in an independent cart system, includes receiving multiple first position feedback signals at a first processing core and receiving multiple second position feedback signals at a second processing core. Each of the first and second position feedback signals are generated by first and second position sensors, respectively, by detecting a magnet array mounted on the mover. A first value of the position of the mover is generated with the first processing core responsive to the first position feedback signals, and a second value of the position of the mover is generated with the second processing core responsive to the second position feedback signals. The first and second values of the position of the mover are compared with either the first or second processing core to verify operation of the first and second position sensors.

The tungsten-containing gas delivery line includes a first section connected to an inlet of the pulsing valve and a second section connected to an outlet of the pulsing valve, the first section connects the inlet of the pulsing valve to a reservoir of tungsten-containing gas, the second section connects the outlet of the pulsing valve to an inlet of the process chamber.

    Abstract: During operation, an access point may provide a first WLAN and a second WLAN, where the first WLAN uses a WPA2-compatible authentication protocol and the second WLAN uses a WPA3-compatible authentication protocol. In response to an association request or a probe request associated with (or from) an electronic device, the access point may establish a connection with the electronic device using the first WLAN. Then, the access point may confirm, with a computer system, that a binding between a passphrase associated with the electronic device and the second WLAN exists. Alternatively, when the binding does not exist, the access point may establish the binding in the computer system. Next, the access point may perform a BSS transition of the electronic device from the first WLAN to the second WLAN.

    Abstract: An autonomous vehicle capable of trajectory prediction may include a first sensor, a second sensor, a processor, a trajectory planner, a low-level controller, and vehicle actuators. The first sensor may be of a first sensor type and may detect an obstacle and a goal. The second sensor may be of a second sensor type and may detect the obstacle and the goal. The processor may perform matching on the obstacle detected by the first sensor and the obstacle detected by the second sensor, model an existence probability of the obstacle based on the matching, and track the obstacle based on the existence probability and a constant velocity model. The trajectory planner may generate a trajectory for the autonomous vehicle based on the tracked obstacle, the goal, and a non-linear model predictive control (NMPC). The low-level controller may implement the trajectory for the autonomous vehicle by driving vehicle actuators.
