Abstract: Provided herein are dendrimers comprising: a core unit, five generations of building units which are lysine residues or analogues thereof, first terminal groups comprising a cabazitazel residue covalently attached to a diglycolyl linker group, and second terminal groups comprising a PEG group. Also provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the dendrimers, and methods and uses of the dendrimers in therapy of disorders such as cancers. Processes for making the dendrimers and intermediates are also provided.

Abstract: Various methods, systems, and devices are described for performing money transfers to one or more payees from one or more payors using a money transfer system. A party, such as a payor, a payee, or a third party may create a set of payee rules. The same or a different party may also create a set of payor rules. The payee rules may comprise conditions which, when satisfied, permit a payee to receive funds from a funds pool. The payor rules may comprise conditions which, when satisfied, permit a payor to provide funds to the funds pool. The money transfer system may determine whether requests from a payor and a payee comply with the payor rules and the payee rules, respectively. Based on the determination, the payor and/or payee may be permitted to complete their requested transaction, or their transaction may be denied.

Abstract: Solution production devices, systems, and methods. The system includes a base portion configured to receive a vessel containing a liquid. Upon the base portion receiving the vessel, liquid is transferred from the vessel and into the base portion where it undergoes an electrochemical reaction to produce a cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is then circulated back into the vessel.

Abstract: A portable audio device includes a network card able to connect with a WLAN and a wireless modem to connect to a WWAN. The portable audio device detects a wake command via a set of microphones and, in response, selects whether to connect to the WWAN or the WLAN. The portable audio device further acquires, via the set of microphones, a voice query; generates a data request based on the voice query, transmits the data query via the selected one of the WWAN or the WLAN; receives a data response associated with the data request from the selected one of the WWAN or the WLAN; generates an audio signal based on the data response; and transmits the audio signal to one or more speakers included in the portable audio device to generate audio output.

Abstract: A logic circuitry package includes an interface to communicate with a print apparatus logic circuit and at least one logic circuit. The logic circuit is configured to receive, via the interface, a plurality of first requests in a heater disabled mode, each first request corresponding to a different sensor ID of a plurality of sensor IDs; transmit, via the interface, a first digital value in response to each first request; receive, via the interface, a plurality of second requests in a heater enabled mode, each second request corresponding to a different sensor ID of the plurality of sensor IDs; and transmit, via the interface, a second digital value in response to each second request. Delta values corresponding to a difference between the first digital value and the second digital value for each different sensor ID of the plurality of sensor IDs are indicative of a print material level.

Abstract: Aggregated transaction data from a transaction data provider may be encrypted and exchanged with a content item selection system using commutative encryption algorithms. The transaction data provider and content item selection system may utilize a set of common identifiers that are each encrypted using a respective commutative encryption algorithm of the transaction data provider or content item selection system. The other of the transaction data provider or content item selection system encrypts the single-encrypted common identifier using a respective commutative encryption algorithm to generate double encrypted common identifiers. The double encrypted common identifiers may be used to match a set of common identifiers with transaction data. The transaction data may be encrypted and/or may include random offset values.

Abstract: A torque tool for use subsea with a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) includes a tool housing, a socket drive configured to rotate within the tool housing, and a drive mechanism configured to provide torque to rotate the socket drive within the tool housing. The drive mechanism includes a first torque electric drive motor configured to provide a first torque to the socket drive, and a second torque electric drive motor configured to provide a second torque to the socket drive different from the first torque. The first torque electric drive motor and the second torque electric drive motor are configured to together provide a third torque that is higher than the first torque and the second torque.

Abstract: A logic circuit for a replaceable print component is configured to, in response to a plurality of commands including a first command specifying the new I2C communications address and a first calibration parameter, a second command specifying the new I2C communications address and a second calibration parameter, a third command specifying the new I2C communications address and a class parameter, and/or fourth commands specifying the new I2C communications address and sub-class parameters, and at least one read request, generate count values in a count value range defined by a highest and lowest count value.

Abstract: Techniques for enabling a device to send to a speech processing server further input audio data following a completed utterance dialog to prevent the need for subsequent keywords to be spoken to invoke subsequent commands are described. A system receives input audio data corresponding to an utterance from a device upon the device detecting speech corresponding to a keyword. The system performs speech processing on the input audio data to determine a command. The system determines output data responsive to the command and sends same to the device, thus completing operations regarding the utterance. The system may also send an instruction to the device to: send to the system further input audio data corresponding to further input audio without the device first detecting a wake command.

Abstract: A portable audio device that includes a network card able to connect with a WLAN and a wireless modem to connect to a WWAN. The portable audio device communicates with a voices services platform and/or content provider via the network card and WLAN or the wireless modem and WWAN. If the portable audio device does not have access to the WLAN, the portable audio device may process and respond to voice queries by communicating with the voice services platform via the wireless modem and WWAN. The portable audio device also includes a battery that provides power for the various hardware and software components of the portable audio device to perform various functions, such as advanced voice functions. The portable audio device provides true portability and may be used in any environment, such as within a home or building environment or outside of the home or building environment.

The method further includes providing the video file to a second exercise machine of the second user via the network. In such a method, display of the video file via a display of the second exercise machine is synchronized with display of the video file via a display of the first exercise machine.

Abstract: A torque tool to apply torque to a subsea component with a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) includes a housing, a socket drive to rotate within the housing, and a latch mechanism. The latch mechanism includes a latch to move with respect to the housing between an engaged position to engage the subsea component and a disengaged position to disengage the subsea component. The latch mechanism further includes a biasing mechanism to bias the latch from the engaged position towards the disengaged position, and/or an electric motor to move the latch from the disengaged position towards the engaged position.

Abstract: A macromolecule includes i) a dendrimer comprising a core and at least one generation of building units, the outermost generation of building units having surface amino groups wherein at least two different terminal groups are covalently attached to the surface amino groups of the dendrimer, ii) a first terminal group which is a residue of a pharmaceutically active agent comprising a hydroxyl group, and iii) a second terminal group which is a pharmacokinetic modifying agent. The pharmaceutically active agent is cabazitaxel. In order to improve performance of the interactive system, a user may use a separate device, such as a personal computer or mobile device, to access a graphical user interface that lists details of historical speech interactions. The graphical user interface may be configured to allow the user to provide feedback and/or corrections regarding the details of specific interactions.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are sensor circuits for a replaceable print material container, the sensor circuit to communicate with a printer logic circuit. An example sensor circuit includes a first sensor to detect at least one of a pneumatic stimulus or a pressurization applied by a printer, a second sensor, and an interface to communicate with at least one of a voltage source or a data source of the printer logic circuit. The example sensor circuit also includes logic circuitry, responsive to a class parameter, to: (a) output a first signal based on at least one of the pneumatic stimulus or the pressurization sensed by the first sensor when the class parameter is a first class parameter; and (b) output a second signal based on at least one of an output of the second sensor, different data, or a different algorithm when the class parameter is a second class parameter.
