    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for microspeaker devices. In one aspect, a microspeaker element may include a deformable dielectric membrane that spans a speaker cavity. The deformable dielectric membrane can include a piezoactuator and a dielectric layer. Upon application of a driving signal to the piezoactuator, the dielectric layer can deflect, producing sound. In some implementations, an array of microspeaker elements can be encapsulated between a glass substrate and a cover glass. Sound generated by the microspeaker elements can be emitted through a speaker grill formed in the cover glass.

Additionally, the data integrity server verifies the type of the received data file based on the file extension associated with the received data file. The data integrity server cleans the received data file in response to verification of the file type. The cleaned data file is transmitted to a computing device to be imported. A modified cannula having an angled side port is also provided for use as an arterial cannula. A cap having an occluding surface may be inserted into the angled side port to prevent blood from stagnating in the angled side port. A tube coupler is also provided having an access port, such as an angled access port, and may be spliced into an established bypass system for vascular access point. Multiple couplers can be used to provide multiple access points. The adaptors and occlusive cap are interchangeable with each other and with secondary circuits.

    Abstract: Regenerators for Stirling engines and Vuilleumier heat pumps are difficult to reliably manufacture. A regenerator is disclosed in which edges of the regenerator wire meshes are coated with a stabilizing material. The regenerator wire meshes are then sufficiently stable to be machined to the dimensions of the housing. In some embodiments, the material on the outer surface of the edges of the regenerator is relatively thermally insulating to limit heat transfer to the housing.
