  • Publication number: 20170119901
Abstract: Disclosed are prodrugs of therapeutic or imaging agents, which prodrugs are selectively cleaved by fibroblast activating protein (FAP) to release the agents. Upon cleavage by FAP of the FAP substrate, the prodrug releases the agent in its active form or in a form that is readily metabolized to its active form. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the prodrugs, as well as methods of using the prodrugs to treat a disorder characterized by FAP upregulation are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20170126894
Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally relate to a method and system of integrating a user's voice mail onto a single voice messaging service, e.g., a Unified Messaging (UM) service, such that a client may access this single source for voice mail retrieval, even where such voice mails are from a variety of sources, e.g., work, mobile phone, etc. A user, or the user's mobile operator, need only agree to accept the service, and the registration and configuration requirements for providing the service and forwarding calls to the service are automatically configured. The user's existing “speed dial” key or other setting for retrieving voice mail may also be automatically configured to the access number(s) for the service. Configurations may monitor the status of the service and update access and/or forwarding numbers. Voice mail forwarding and settings may also be automatically reverted back to the user's original service.

  • Publication number: 20170127407
Abstract: A method is provided in which a first wireless access point selects two or more of a plurality of client devices based on similarity of receive signal strength and carrier frequency offset with respect to the first wireless access point, and sends a downlink multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transmission to the two or more client devices. The downlink multi-user MIMO transmission is configured to solicit acknowledgments from the two or more client devices. The acknowledgments are received at a plurality of antennas of the first wireless access point from the two or more client devices. Uplink multi-user MIMO processing of the acknowledgments is performed from the two or more of the plurality of client devices to recover the acknowledgments respectively from each of the two or more client devices.

  • Publication number: 20170122350
Abstract: A fastener system for use to assemble a pet barrier. The fastener system includes a body and a mountable member that is configured to attach two adjacent overlapping wire panels together to erect a pet barrier. Vertical grooves and horizontal grooves are disposed along the periphery of the interior surface of the body. The detents formed within the vertical grooves assist in retaining the vertical wire rods of the distal wire panel so that the body can hang onto the back side of the distal wire panel without the user having to hold it in place which facilitates the assembly of the pet barrier with only a single user. Thus, the fastener system allows a single user to assemble the pet barrier without the assistance of another person.

  • Publication number: 20170121014
Abstract: A clutch assembly for an aircraft drive wheel drive system to move an aircraft independently on the ground is provided. The clutch is mounted within an aircraft drive wheel to be operatively engaged and disengaged to selectively actuate a roller traction or other drive system to activate a non-engine drive means to drive the wheel and the aircraft. One embodiment of the clutch assembly includes a plurality of pivoted sprag elements selectively activatable to transmit torque between inner and outer clutch members and activate the drive wheel drive system. The clutch assembly may also include mating crown gear and straight gear elements integrated with the drive system to reduce stresses on the drive system as the drive means is actuated. • Publication number: 20170123093
Abstract: An apparatus for airborne electromagnetic surveying is provided, comprising a central hub defining an equatorial plane, a transmitter loop, and radials connecting the hub to the transmitter loop. The loop generally lies in a plane during flight, and comprises loop sections, some of which are connected with flexible joints allowing the loop to flex out of the plane during lift-offs and landings. A loop section comprises current conducting elements connected to current conducting elements of adjacent loop sections forming a transmitter loop circuit. A radial connects to the hub at a point that is substantially offset from the transmitter loop plane, thereby contributing to the stability of the transmitter loop connection point in an up-down direction relative to the hub. Additionally, a loop section comprising rigid conductive elements retained in a spaced-apart relationship by a frame member is also provided.
