Abstract: Systems and methods comprising a device including a processor coupled to a plurality of premises devices located at a premises. The device is configured to generate layout data comprising a layout of the premises including representations of premises devices on a floor plan configured to represent the premises. The layout data includes configuration data for each of the premises devices. The premises devices include at least one of a security device and a network device. The system includes a sensor user interface (SUI) application coupled to the device. The SUI application is remote to the device and configured to use the layout data to generate display elements comprising a three-dimensional (3D) representation of the floor plan and the premises devices. The floor plan layout visually and separately indicates a location and a state of the premises devices. The state includes current state and historical state.

Abstract: A method of forming an optical fiber preform includes: flowing a silicon halide and an oxidizer inside of a substrate tube, wherein a molar ratio of the silicon halide to the oxidizer is from about 1.5 to about 5.0; applying a plasma to the substrate tube to heat the substrate tube to a temperature of from about 1000° C. to about 1700° C.; and depositing silica glass comprising a halogen inside the substrate tube.

Abstract: An integrated system includes a system user interface (SUI) that provides an iconic, at-a-glance representation of integrated security system status. The SUI is for use across all client devices including mobile or cellular telephones, a mobile portal, a web portal, and a touchscreen device. The SUI includes a number of display elements presented across all types of client devices for monitoring status of the integrated security system. The display elements of the SUI include an orb icon, text summary, security button, device warnings, system warnings, interesting sensors, and quiet sensors. The SUI thus provides system status summary information agnostically across all clients. Additionally, the SUI provides consistent iconography, terminology, and display rules across all clients as well as consistent sensor and system detail across clients.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides antibodies, including antibody fusions, which specifically bind to human CSF1 receptor protein (huCSF1R) and are capable of decreasing, inhibiting, and/or fully-blocking immune regulatory effects mediated by huCSF1R, such as regulation of TAMs in the tumor microenvironment. Additionally, the antibodies include fusions with the cytokine inhibitory factor, IL10, which can replenish and/or activate CD8+ T-cell cytotoxicity in the tumor microenvironment. The present disclosure also provides methods of using the antibodies (and compositions thereof) to treat diseases and conditions responsive to decreasing, inhibiting and/or blocking immune regulatory function or activity mediated by CSF1 binding to CSF1R.

Abstract: A method for continuous data transfer is provided. Data blocks are generated from a continuous data stream captured via a physiological monitoring device by segmenting data from the continuous data stream into the data blocks. A time at which the data associated with each data block occurs is determined and a sample number is associated with each data block. The data blocks are transmitted from the physiological monitoring device to a server. The data blocks are ordered on the server based on the time and the sample number associated with each data block.

These folded players retain their respective hole cards from the primary Texas Holdem poker round for the secondary Texas Holdem poker round, and the secondary Texas Holdem poker round utilizes at least one otherwise idle resource from the primary Texas Holdem poker round. For physical games played at a table with physical playing cards, the otherwise idle resource(s) comprises table positions of folded players, and for computerized poker games played with virtual playing cards, the otherwise idle resource(s) comprise the remote communication connections between the dealer computer system and the player computer systems.

The gateway includes a takeover component that establishes a coupling with a first controller of a security system installed at the first location. The security system includes security system components coupled to the first controller. The takeover component automatically extracts security data of the security system from the first controller. The gateway automatically transfers the security data extracted from the controller to a second controller. The second controller is coupled to the security system components and replaces the first controller.

Abstract: A case for a catheter system is disclosed, the case including a case body including a first side coupled to a second side. The case can include padding with a plurality of cavities to receive components of the catheter system and a strap to secure components of the catheter system to an interior of the case body. The one or more clips can be configured to secure additional catheter tubing or an external catheter to the interior wall of case body.

User interfaces are presented via the touchscreen and include a security interface that provides control of functions of and access to data collected by the security system, and a network interface that provides access to network devices. A plurality of network devices at the premises is coupled to the touchscreen. A security server at a remote location is coupled to the touchscreen. The security server comprises a client interface through which remote client devices exchange data with the touchscreen and the security system. The client interface is a cross-client interface provided by a client view model of at least one of the touchscreen and the security server that normalizes information of the plurality of network devices and the security system.

Abstract: Inventive embodiments are directed to components, subassemblies, systems, and/or methods for continuously variable transmissions (CVT). In one embodiment, a main axle is adapted to receive a shift rod that cooperates with a shift rod nut to actuate a ratio change in a CVT. In another embodiment, an axial force generating mechanism can include a torsion spring, a traction ring adapted to receive the torsion spring, and a roller cage retainer configured to cooperate with the traction ring to house the torsion spring. Various inventive idler-and-shift-cam assemblies can be used to facilitate shifting the ratio of a CVT. Embodiments of a hub shell and a hub cover are adapted to house components of a CVT and, in some embodiments, to cooperate with other components of the CVT to support operation and/or functionality of the CVT. Among other things, shift control interfaces and braking features for a CVT are disclosed.

Abstract: An integrated security system is described that integrates broadband and mobile access and control with conventional security systems and premise devices to provide a tri-mode security network (broadband, cellular/GSM, POTS access) that enables users to remotely stay connected to their premises. The integrated security system, while delivering remote premise monitoring and control functionality to conventional monitored premise protection, complements existing premise protection equipment. The integrated security system integrates into the premise network and couples wirelessly with the conventional security panel, enabling broadband access to premise security systems. Automation devices (cameras, lamp modules, thermostats, etc.) can be added, enabling users to remotely see live video and/or pictures and control home devices via their personal web portal or webpage, mobile phone, and/or other remote client device.
