Abstract: Disclosed herein is a polynucleotide construct comprising one or more primary endonuclease recognition sequences upstream and downstream of a multiple gene editing site that comprises a plurality of secondary endonuclease recognition sequences. The primary endonuclease recognition sequences facilitate insertion of the multiple gene editing site into a host cell genome. The secondary endonuclease recognition sequences facilitate insertion of one or more exogenous donor genes into the host cell.

Abstract: A channel state information sending method, a channel state information receiving method, and a device are disclosed, to reduce resource overheads required when a terminal device feeds back CSI to a network device in a scenario of a high precision codebook-based precoding matrix. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a precoding matrix W; sending, by the terminal device, a signal including CSI to a network device; obtaining, by the network device, an RI and indication information based on the signal including the CSI; obtaining, by the network device, a PMI2 based on the RI and the indication information; and determining, by the network device, the precoding matrix W based on the rank indicator RI and the second precoding matrix indicator PMI2.

Abstract: The present invention provides a pixel driving circuit, a display apparatus and a terminal. The pixel driving circuit includes: a light-emitting device, an enabling unit, a first transistor and a second transistor. When the light-emitting device illuminates, saturated current passing through the light-emitting device is relevant to the power voltage and the grayscale data voltage. Through embodiment of the present invention, saturated current passing through the driving transistor is relevant to the power voltage and the grayscale data voltage. Furthermore, both the power voltage and the grayscale data voltage are fixed values, that is, current passing through the light-emitting device is guaranteed to the constant. Therefore, current passing through the light-emitting device is no longer affected by the threshold voltage of the driving transistor and non-uniform pixel color could be avoided, accordingly, image uniformity of display with light-emitting device (e.g., OLED) raises, and so does display quality.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for acquiring height of a stereo camera, applied to the stereo camera. An example method includes acquiring angle information of a stereo camera, with the angle information including a pitch angle and a tilt angle. A ground image of a scenario where the stereo camera is deployed is captured and depth information of each pixel on the ground image is determined. A three-dimensional point set based on depth information of each pixel on the ground image is established, with the three-dimensional point set including coordinate information of each three-dimensional point corresponding to each pixel of the ground image. Height of the stereo camera is determined based on the angle information and the three-dimensional point set.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a protective device related to the field of battery technology. The protective device includes an electronic switch, a mechanical switch and a time logic circuit. A first output terminal of the time logic circuit is connected to the electronic switch; a second output terminal of the time logic circuit is connected to the mechanical switch; an input terminal of the time logic circuit is connected to an output terminal of a power supply; and the electronic switch is connected in series with the mechanical switch into a circuit under control. The protective device provided in the present disclosure can effectively reduce the damage of the mechanical switch and extend the service life of the mechanical switch.

According to the method in the embodiment, overheads of feeding back the CSI by the terminal device are effectively reduced.

The system includes first and second Direct Current (DC)-bus structures that include at least one of a number of DC-bus capacitors on printed circuit boards (PCBs). The PCBs are laminated together with an air gap (e.g., one or more millimeters) in between for a thermal dissipation and an insulation creepage. The three DC-bus terminals include PCBs, and are electrically connected to the three-level power converter, which are typically mounted on a heatsink or a cold plate.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and system for private communication. During operation, the system may determine a privacy level from a plurality of privacy levels associated with a private chat function of a communication application. The private chat function may be configured to transmit and receive private chat messages, and each privacy level is associated with visual effects which are different from the visual effects of other privacy levels. The system may obtain mode configuration information corresponding to the selected privacy level. The system may then configure the private chat function for the communication application based on the obtained mode configuration information, and display the visual effects for the communication application according to the selected privacy level.

Abstract: A motor controller, including: a microprocessor including a signal identification unit; an inverter circuit; a rotation speed detection circuit; a power module; and an isolation circuit. The power module supplies power for the microprocessor, the inverter circuit, the rotation speed detection circuit, and the isolation circuit. The isolation circuit is connected to the microprocessor via a pulse width modulation (PWM) input line, and a PWM signal is transmitted to the isolation circuit and the microprocessor successively via the PWM input line. One rotation speed input signal of a motor is transmitted to the signal identification unit of the microprocessor via the isolation circuit and the PWM input line. The signal identification unit determines whether an input signal of the PWM input line is the PWM signal or the one rotation speed input signal of the motor.

Abstract: An arrayed waveguide grating based hybrid integrated laser has an adjustable external cavity. The waveguide includes a semiconductor gain die and an optical waveguide chip. The optical waveguide chip includes an arrayed waveguide grating and an arrayed waveguide reflection-controllable component. A resonant cavity is formed by the output end reflection-controllable arrayed waveguide grating chip and the semiconductor gain die. An output wavelength of the laser can be adjusted by changing a driving condition of the reflection-controllable component. The output wavelength is determined by a center wavelength of each channel of the arrayed waveguide grating.

The method comprises: acquiring ground surface data of a location of the stereo camera; generating, according to three-dimensional coordinates of each pixel in the ground surface data in a camera coordinate system corresponding to the stereo camera, a first plane equation in the camera coordinate system that conforms to the three-dimensional coordinates of the pixels; determining, according to a distance between the origin of the camera coordinate system and the ground surface, a setting height of the stereo camera; and generating, according to the first plane equation, a plane normal vector corresponding to the first plane equation; and determining, according to the plane normal vector, a pitch angle of the stereo camera and an inclination angle of the stereo camera. The external parameters of the stereo camera can be determined without using a reference point in a scene.
