A hook device on the actuating lever engages a back engagement surface of the trough when the actuating lever is swiveled in, thus retaining the actuating lever after it has been swiveled into the trough. The actuating lever projects at its free end beyond the trough and bears an unlocking device with an actuating surface for the hook device that can be actuated by a pressure acting away from the outer surface of the door.
