    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a method for use on a blockchain network that includes an accounting node subnetwork having accounting nodes configured to record a data block onto a blockchain and a service node having service nodes configured to verify data blocks recorded by the accounting nodes onto the blockchain. The method can include generating a signature based on transaction information to be included in a data block to be added onto the blockchain by using a key specific to the accounting node. The method can further include adding the transaction information and the generated signature to the data block and adding the data block onto the blockchain, and transmitting the signature to the service nodes in the service node subnetwork, so that the service nodes perform signature verification on the signature based on the key specific to the accounting node.

    Abstract: A graphene oxide (GO)-silver nanoparticles (AgNPs)-Eu3+ fluorescent probe, a paper-based sensor, and a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The paper-based sensor is developed based on a GO-AgNPs-Eu3+ fluorescent probe-loaded polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous membrane, which is further combined with a smartphone. The GO-AgNPs-Eu3+ fluorescent probe shows high selectivity for 2,6-dipicolinic acid (DPA), strong anti-interference ability, and low limit of detection (LOD) for the DPA and spores. The paper-based sensor realizes quantitative detection of the DPA and the spores through red, green, and blue (RGB) changes of the smartphone, and detection results are verified by an actual amount of the spores in milk and water. The rapid detection of foodborne spores is achieved through a dual-function platform based on fluorescence of the GO-AgNPs-Eu3+ fluorescent probe and the paper-based sensor.

Spectral information of light of a plurality of sub-colors in an original color light color gamut of a screen display picture is obtained separately. A melanopic lux per photopic lux ratio of the light of the sub-colors is calculated based on the spectral information of the light of the sub-colors. Sub-color light having a melanopic lux per photopic lux ratio that exceeds a preset melanopic lux per photopic lux ratio standard is eliminated from the original color light, so that the screen displays updated color light, where the preset melanopic lux per photopic lux ratio standard is a standard set based on a goal of reducing melatonin inhibition. The sub-color light is eliminated in a targeted manner based on the preset melanopic lux per photopic lux ratio standard.

According to the present invention, the reactivity of the bismaleimide compound is improved, and the rheological property of the modified bismaleimide prepolymer applied in the field of substrate materials such as packaging substrates during lamination at high temperature is controlled.

    Abstract: The slow kinetics and low efficiency of reprogramming methods to generate human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) impose major limitations on their utility in biomedical applications. Here we describe a chemical approach that dramatically improves (>200 fold) the efficiency of iPSC generation from human fibroblasts, within seven days of treatment. This will provide a basis for developing safer, more efficient, non-viral methods for reprogramming human somatic cells.

The antibody induces a very low expression of nonspecific cytokines such as IL-6 and IFN-?, and exhibits a strong in vivo anti-tumor activity.
