  • Patent number: 11734037
Abstract: An interrupt signal is provided to a guest operating system. A bus connected module is operationally connected with a plurality of processors via a bus attachment device. The bus attachment device receives an interrupt signal from the bus connected module with an interrupt target ID identifying one of the processors assigned for use by the guest operating system as a target processor for handling the interrupt signal. The bus attachment device checks whether the target processor is running using a running indicator provided by an interrupt table entry stored in a memory operationally connected with the bus attachment device. If the target processor is running, the bus attachment device forwards the interrupt signal to the target processor for handling. A translation of the interrupt target ID to a logical processor ID of the target processor is used to address the target processor directly.

  • Patent number: 11680504
Abstract: A combined power conversion and carbon capture and recycling subsystem including a fossil fueled oxidation unit, a physical adsorbent CO2 capture medium, rotor, motor, heater, CO2 compressor, diffuser and water storage tank. Exhaust gas from fossil fuel oxidation is scrubbed of CO2 via passage across a physical adsorbent and then released from the adsorbent via fuel oxidation waste heat. High CO2 concentration scrubber exhaust air is then compressed and fed to a diffuser which facilitates dissociation of the CO2 into water where it is temporarily stored for use in watering plants. Carbon from fossil fuel is recycled back into the environment and permanently stored as biomass by natural means of photosynthesis.

  • Patent number: 11620244
Abstract: An interrupt signal is provided to a first guest operating system. A bus attachment device receives an interrupt signal from a bus connected module with an interrupt target ID identifying a processor assigned for use by the guest operating system as a target processor for handling the interrupt signal. The bus attachment device translates the received interrupt target ID to a logical processor ID of the target processor using an interrupt table entry stored in a memory section assigned to a second guest operating system hosting the first operating system and forwards the interrupt signal to the target processor for handling. The logical processor ID of the target processor is used to address the target processor directly.

  • Publication number: 20230062046
Abstract: An injection device is presented having an outer housing configured to receive a syringe, the syringe containing medicament, a movable stopper, and a needle. A plunger rod moves the stopper and a needle shield moves relative to the outer housing between a needle covering position and a needle exposing position, where the needle exposing position is axially rearward of the needle covering position. The needle shield is biased axially forwardly toward the needle covering position. A locking member is axially moveable in the outer housing from a first axial position to a second axial position in response to forward axial movement of the plunger rod. A locking sleeve is axially movable relative to the outer housing between a non-locking position and a locking position, the locking position being axially rearward of the non-locking position, in which axial movement of the locking sleeve is selectively limited by the locking member when in the second axial position.
