    Abstract: In accordance with implementations of the present disclosure, there is provided a solution for portrait editing and synthesis. In this solution, a first image about a head of a user is obtained. A three-dimensional head model representing the head of the user is generated based on the first image. In response to receiving a command of changing a head feature of the user, the three-dimensional head model is transformed to reflect the changed head feature. A second image about the head of the user is generated based on the transformed three-dimensional head model, and reflects the changed head feature of the user. In this way, the solution can realize editing of features like a head pose and/or a facial expression based on a single portrait image without manual intervention and automatically synthesize a corresponding image.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for compensating a transmit signal for charge trapping effects of a power amplifier are provided. In certain embodiments, a non-linear filter is trained based on time aligning a first set of observations taken from digital transmit data prior to conversion to a radio frequency transmit signal, and a second set of observations taken from an output of a power amplifier that amplifies the radio frequency transmit signal. In certain implementations, the first set of observations and the second set of observations are obtained without decimation. Rather, decimation is provided after timing alignment. By implementing the DPD system in this manner, signal data is not lost by decimation and more accurate timing alignment between the sets of observations is achieved.

A data file of the data files in an existing data format is preemptively converted to a new data format based on the reconfigured application settings. An attempt is made to verify the conversion by using the reconfigured application settings. In response to determining that the conversion failed, an error message is sent to request update of server data.

    Abstract: The disclosure herein describes training an encoder network to inpaint images with masked portions. A primary encoding process is used to encode a visible portion of a masked input image into encoded token data. The encoded token data is then decoded into both pixel regression output and feature prediction output, wherein both outputs include inpainted image data associated with the masked portion of the masked input image. A pixel regression loss is determined using the pixel regression output and pixel data of an unmasked version of the masked input image. A feature prediction loss is determined using the feature prediction output and ground truth encoding output of the unmasked version of the masked input image. The primary encoding process is then trained using the pixel regression loss and the feature prediction loss, whereby the primary encoding process is trained to encode structural features of input images into encoded token data.

In some embodiments, a machine learning model is trained using interaction data received from a number of mobile devices by correlating user selections with visual elements (e.g., icons). During execution of a testing routine on a mobile device, screenshots are obtained of a screen of the mobile device and provided to the machine learning model. An action is generated based on the provided screenshot that simulates a user action (e.g., a user touch on the screen of the mobile device) at a location of an icon or other visual element associated with the testing routine. These steps are repeated until an end-state of the testing routine is detected.
