    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing lipase with high ester synthesis activity by using surfactant, belonging to the field of enzyme engineering. The present disclosure provides a method for obtaining a lipase with high ester synthesis activity by adding different surfactants with different concentrations in a lipase aqueous solution and then freeze-drying. The lipase meets the requirement in non-aqueous catalysis. Mixing a variety of lipase with no ester synthesis activity or low activity at suitable concentration and an appropriate concentration of the surfactant in the solution can produces lipases with significantly improved ester synthesis activity, meanwhile changing the hydrolytic activity of the lipase. Increased ester synthesis activity makes lipase more suitable for industrial applications.

    Abstract: Processes for macroscopically separating a maceral concentrate from raw coal are disclosed. In some embodiments, a process includes the following steps: crushing and sieving the raw coal to obtain a first coal sample and a second coal sample; subjecting the first coal sample to a heavy medium cyclone separation process; and subjecting the second coal sample to a froth flotation process. The first coal sample has a particle size within a first particle size range, and the second coal sample has a particle size within a second particle size range. In other embodiments, the froth flotation process uses a froth flotation agent including a foaming agent and a collector. The foaming agent includes at least one item selected from the group consisting of 2-octanol, terpenic oil, and polyethylene glycol (PEG). The collector includes at least one item selected from the group consisting of kerosene, diethyl phthalate (BET), and diesel.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an epitaxial lift-off process of graphene-based gallium nitride (GaN), and principally solves the existing problems about complex lift-off technique, high cost, and poor quality of lift-off GaN films. The invention is achieved by: first, growing graphene on a well-polished copper foil by CVD method; then, transferring a plurality of layers of graphene onto a sapphire substrate; next, growing GaN epitaxial layer on the sapphire substrate with a plurality of graphene layers transferred by the metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) method; finally, lifting off and transferring the GaN epitaxial layer onto a target substrate with a thermal release tape. With graphene, the present invention relieves the stress generated by the lattice mismatch between substrate and epitaxial layer; moreover, the present invention readily lifts off and transfers the epitaxial layer to the target substrate by means of weak Van der Waals forces between epitaxial layer and graphene.
