    Abstract: A flexible hinge alignment mechanism of a high-power optical system is made of a flexible hinge, and may lead to a relatively weak region of the hinge to achieve elastic displacement or rotation under stress loading. Through movable actuators such as screws and springs, the area is precisely moved, and the function of accurate alignment is achieved. When the flexible hinge causes the structure to move relatively due to the applied forces, it must be ensured that the corresponding distribution of maximum stress needs to be below the yielding point of the material, thus ensuring the mechanism acts in a material's elastic region. The design is beneficial to optimize the design of the optical alignment mechanism.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a fault diagnosis method for a rolling bearing under variable working conditions. Based on a convolutional neural network, a transfer learning algorithm is combined to handle the problem of the reduced universality of deep learning models. Data acquired under different working conditions is segmented to obtain samples. The samples are preprocessed by using FFT. Low-level features of the samples are extracted by using improved ResNet-50, and a multi-scale feature extractor analyzes the low-level features to obtain high-level features as inputs of a classifier. In a training process, high-level features of training samples and test samples are extracted, and a conditional distribution distance between them is calculated as a part of a target function for backpropagation to implement intra-class adaptation, thereby reducing the impact of domain shift, to enable a deep learning model to better carry out fault diagnosis tasks.

    Abstract: A splicing projection device and method based on a reflective liquid crystal image modulator. In the splicing projection device based on a reflective liquid crystal image modulator, four parallel image lights modulated by first to fourth LCOS chips are formed through optical path designs of one or two light sources, one or two common beam splitting prisms, first to second polarization beam splitting prisms, first to fourth LCOS chips and an imaging lens. A whole image is spliced on a projection plane. The optical path design of the splicing projection device avoids the problem of adding a reflector during the splicing process with respect to the prior art. It can not only realize the parallel image splicing of four chips, but also simplify the optical path structure, and avoid introducing many plane surface errors, and bring great convenience for image splicing adjustment.

When pressure of the coolant in the liquid cooling pipe reaches an upper static liquid pressure threshold, the control unit turns off the injection pump, and executes the turning-on and turning-off operations of the circulation pump with a preset circulation period. The circulation pump forces the coolant to circulate in the liquid cooling pipeline when being turned on.
