  • Publication number: 20250223885
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus, a system and a process for regulating a wellhead control mechanism. The apparatus is configured to control actuation of a wellhead control mechanism by moving a moveable body of the apparatus between a first position and a second position. When the apparatus is in the first position a valve actuator is actuatable and when the apparatus is in the second position the valve actuator is physically interfered from actuating. When the apparatus is in the second position, the wellhead control mechanism cannot be actuated and is held in either an open, a partially open or a closed position. Other embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system that directly controls actuation of a wellhead actuation mechanism.

  • Patent number: 12350170
Abstract: An implant for therapeutically separating bones of a joint has two endplates each having an opening through the endplate, and at least one ramped surface on a side opposite a bone engaging side. A frame is slideably connected to the endplates to enable the endplates to move relative to each other at an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the implant, in sliding connection with the frame. An actuator screw is rotatably connected to the frame. A carriage forms an open area aligned with the openings in the endplates. The openings in the endplates pass through the carriage to form an unimpeded passage from bone to bone of the joint. The carriage has ramps which mate with the ramped surfaces of the endplates, wherein when the carriage is moved by rotation of the actuator screw, the endplates move closer or farther apart.

  • Publication number: 20250219962
Abstract: Distributed resource configuration, management, and control are provided through a frontend user interface, an application programming interface (API), and backend operations. Collections of configured and managed resources provide cloud services from a cloud environment to enterprise servers. A user provides resource definitions for resource types through the user interface. The backend operations translates the definitions into one or more low-level resource management API calls, which cause the resources to be configured, deployed, reserved/created, and controlled on one or more distributed devices. The configured resource of the distributed devices provide the cloud services to the enterprise servers. In an embodiment, a single user session via the user interface permits the user to deploy multiple instances of a resources within a corresponding environment.

  • Publication number: 20250215449
Abstract: A method for enhancing genetic modification of target cells through automated spinoculation within a functionally closed cell processing platform. The process begins with introducing a cell suspension into a tapered cell processing cassette (CPC) that facilitates sedimentation and concentration of target cells. Genetic modification is achieved by injecting a gene transfer vector into the CPC, followed by controlled spinoculation to enhance vector-cell interaction through centrifugal force while maintaining optimal temperature and conditions. Optical sensors and automated feedback systems monitor and adjust centrifugation parameters to maximize transduction efficiency and cell viability. The method includes precise mixing, reagent delivery, washing to remove contaminants, and harvesting of genetically modified cells, all within a sterile environment.
