Abstract: Disclosed aspects and embodiments pertain to customer distress assistance. A call can be detected to a callee from a caller. The call can be analyzed and determined to be a fraud or spam risk. In response, callee monitoring is triggered. The monitoring can capture biometrics or speech of the callee. Distress in the callee can be determined through analysis of the biometrics or speech and comparison to reference biometrics or speech of the callee. An individual associated with the callee can be selected based on determining the distress in the customer. The individual can be contacted through a notification or a call to assist the callee in distress.

Abstract: A system and method includes a communication interface configured to transmit a web-based form to an applicant device and receive a selection of the third party to provide data to populate the plurality of fields of the web-based form and an application server that, in conjunction with the communication interface, is configured to perform various steps. Abstract: A computer-implemented method for authenticating a source of a telephone call to a recipient of the telephone call may include receiving, prior to receiving the telephone call, a request to input first authentication information. The first authentication information may include a passcode or a selection of a security question. The method may include receiving input of the first authentication information and sending, by the user device, the first authentication information to a computing device associated with the source of the telephone call. The method may include receiving the telephone call from the source and receiving input from the recipient of the telephone call to answer the telephone call. The method may include receiving second authentication information from the computing device, where the second authentication information may include the passcode or an answer to the security question. The method may include outputting the second authentication information.

Abstract: Methods and systems for a browser extension application are disclosed. In some embodiments, a browser extension application is configured to receive from a browser extension server a regular expression configured to detect a plurality of fields in a web page and execute the regular expression to detect a transaction field in the web page and automatically populate the transaction field with stored data. The application is further configured to detect an unrecognized field in the web page, provide suggested transaction data, and detecting manual population of the unrecognized field with the suggested transaction data. The application is further configured to providing to the browser extension server an indication of the unrecognized field and receive from the browser extension server an updated regular expression configured to detect the unrecognized field in the web page.

For instance, a method includes receiving voice data of an incoming call to a communication device from an application associated with a user account and executing on the device, identifying an entity and interaction allegedly associated with the incoming call from the voice data, determining first fraud indicator data based on a number of the incoming call and second fraud indicator data based on a correspondence of user account interaction data to the entity and/or interaction, and providing the voice data to a trained machine learning system to receive third fraud indicator data based on content and/or a voice characteristic identified from the voice data. The method may further include determining a status for the incoming call of fraudulent or confirmed based on the first, second, and third fraud indicator data, and generating a notification indicating the status for display.

The device may then identify, based on the merchant identifier and the user account identifier, a user account control, the user account control specifying a restriction for transactions associated with the user account and the particular merchant. Based on the transaction data, the device may determine whether the user account control is satisfied and perform an action based on a result of the determination.
