  • Publication number: 20240126980
Abstract: Provided is a method for review of an XBRL document. An XBRL document is received followed by a request to create an XBRL review for the XBRL document. A selection of an XBRL fact included in the XBRL document is received and a first review status, of a plurality of review statuses, is applied to the selected XBRL fact. The selected XBRL fact is monitored to detect a change to the XBRL fact, and in response to detecting a change to the XBRL fact, the first review status of the XBRL fact is updated to a second review status of the plurality of review statuses.

  • Patent number: 11929839
Abstract: Machine-learning-based determination of event stability is provided to facilitate loose coupling of event coordination systems. The method includes training a machine learning model to determine stability of events of an event coordination system based on a plurality of attributes of the events, and using the machine learning model to determine an event stability for an event of the event coordination system. Further, the method includes comparing the determined event stability for the event to a stability threshold, and determining that the event is a stable event based on the event stability extending the stability threshold. Based on determining that the event is the stable event, the stable event is propagated from the event coordination system to another event coordination system.

  • Patent number: 11914954
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods to enable generation of high-quality summaries of documents that have questions and answers. To help summarize such documents, parsing methods are disclosed that account for different document formats. Methods are disclosed to anonymize personal and identifying information present in the documents. An ontology is defined to categorize dialog acts for the questions and answers present. Classifiers are disclosed based on this ontology. Methods are also disclosed to transform a question-answer pair to a canonical form. Based on the dialog acts for the question and answer combination, transformation methods were developed that build upon each of traditional NLP, and deep learning, techniques.

  • Publication number: 20230175030
Abstract: Disclosed an improved process for synthesising a nucleic acid strand using cycles of template independent enzyme extension. Having one or more of the amino groups on the base heterocyclic groups masked with protecting groups helps to prevent secondary structure in the extended strand, thereby improving access of the enzyme to the 3? OH terminus for extension.

  • Publication number: 20210390127
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods to enable generation of high-quality summaries of documents that have questions and answers. To help summarize such documents, parsing methods are disclosed that account for different document formats. Question-answer groups are transformed into declarative sentences. Sentence correction can be applied to the declarative sentences. Candidate summary sentences are identified from the declarative sentences, and a subset of the candidate summary sentences are selected for inclusion in a summary. Aspects, segmentation, and augmentation can help with generation and tailoring of summaries.

  • Patent number: 9354224
Abstract: Methods and compositions for the diagnosis of cancer susceptibilities, defective DNA repair mechanisms and treatments thereof are provided. Among sequences provided here, the FANCD2 gene has been identified, and probes and primers are provided for screening patients in genetic-based tests and for diagnosing Fanconi Anemia and cancer. The FANCD2 gene can be targeted in vivo for preparing experimental mouse models for use in screening new therapeutic agents for treating conditions involving defective DNA repair. The FANCD2 polypeptide has been sequenced and has been shown to exist in two isoforms identified as FANCD2-S and the monoubiquinated FANCD-L form. Antibodies including polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies have been prepared that distinguish the two isoforms and have been used in diagnostic tests to determine whether a subject has an intact Fanconi Anemia/BRCA pathway.
