    Abstract: A method of operating a hydraulically or electric motor operated tool includes providing a device shaft having electrical contacts; providing an accumulator having an adapter comprising a wall thereon; latching the adapter to the device shaft by a latching part; and engaging a tool with the latching part thereby detaching the adapter from the device shaft, whereupon during engagement of the tool with the latching part, the wall of the adapter is destroyed. When the device shaft and adapter are engaged, walls of the device shaft and adapter form an internal cavity and the latching part is positioned entirely therewithin such that the latching part is completely hidden from view. A hydraulically or electric motor operated tool is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A method for operating a hydraulically operated hand-held device is provided. The hand-held device includes a hydraulic pump, a moving part, a fixed part and a return valve with an associated valve seat. The moving part can be displaced into a working position by a build-up of hydraulic pressure produced by filling a hydraulic chamber with hydraulic medium from a storage chamber using the hydraulic pump. The moving part can be automatically moved back from the working position into an end position by opening the return valve, if a predetermined working pressure is reached. The hydraulic pressure acting upon the return valve for triggering a movement of the moving part into the end position is increased independently of reaching the predefined working pressure.

The punch sleeve moves in a side view, in which the pivoting axis is punctiform, along a circular line, a center point of which is formed by the pivoting axis, during its pivoting motion. The punch sleeve is introduced into the punch opening in a side view initially penetrates the punch opening with a front region the punch edge referred to the pivoting direction. The front region is in this side view formed on the side of the pivoting axis of the circular line with respect to a pivoting circle, along which the punch sleeve moves.

A longitudinal axis of the milling cutter is positioned in a first orientation relative to the workpiece to contact a first side of the workpiece. An enveloping cylindrical surface of the milling cutter is then used to cut a cutout which has a plurality of peripheral edges and rounded corners. The milling cutter is then placed in a second orientation which is angled relative to the first orientation. Thereafter, the enveloping cylindrical surface and an enveloping axial surface of the milling cutter are used to further cut the rounded corners of the cutout to form sharp corners.

The return valve is automatically displaced into an open position as a result of a hydraulic pressure corresponding to the pressing position, and the restoring spring moves the moving part. A piston acts on the flow of the hydraulic medium and lowers the pressure such that the return valve is displaced into the closed position.
