  • Publication number: 20220324644
Abstract: A container transferring system autonomously transfers a container between a product processing machine and a container storage position. The system includes an automated guided vehicle (AGV) container transferring subsystem, and a machine side container conveying subsystem. The machine side conveying subsystem is arranged adjacent the product processing machine and receives empty containers from the AGV container transferring subsystem and transmits a full container to the AGV container transferring subsystem. The AGV container transferring subsystem docks with the machine side container conveying subsystem at a first docking position and moves autonomously between the first docking position and the container storage position to transport the empty container from the container storage position to the machine side container conveying subsystem, and transport the full container from the machine side container conveying subsystem to the container storage position.

  • Publication number: 20220308100
Abstract: A power monitor comprises a current/voltage transformer, an electric energy meter connected in series with the current/voltage transformer, and at least one current regulating element connected between the current/voltage transformer and the electric energy meter. The current/voltage transformer connects the electric energy meter to a load to monitor the electric energy consumed by the load by the electric energy meter. When a current flowing from the current/voltage transformer to the electric energy meter is greater than or equal to a threshold current, the at least one current regulating element reduces the current to less than a rated maximum current of the electric energy meter.

  • Publication number: 20220291115
Abstract: A product index mechanism for a product inspection system includes a material strip driving wheel and an index structure driving wheel. The material strip driving wheel engages with a material strip carrying a plurality of products to be inspected by an inspection device of the product inspection system. The driving wheel drives the material strip to move. The index structure driving wheel rotates synchronously with the material strip driving wheel and includes a plurality of product index structures thereon. As a product on the material strip is moved by the material strip driving wheel to an inspection position of the inspection device, one product index structure on the index structure driving wheel is rotated to a trigger position corresponding to a trigger of the inspection system. Activation of the trigger transmits a trigger signal to the inspection device to inspect the product.

  • Publication number: 20220289495
Abstract: An image acquisition system comprises an image capture device and a guide mechanism. The image capture device captures an image of at least a part of a surface of an article located on an article placement surface. The guide mechanism is positioned to be separated from the article placement surface. The image capture device is movably mounted on the guide mechanism such that the image capture device is movable along the guide mechanism to adjust a spacing between the image capture device and the surface of the article located on the article placement surface. The image capture device captures the image when the spacing is equal to a predetermined working distance.

  • Publication number: 20220237768
Abstract: A method for welding a workpiece with a vision guided welding platform. The welding platform comprises a welding tool, and a camera for guiding the movement of the welding tool from a start point to an end point. The method includes the steps of adjusting a focal length of the camera such that a focal plane of the camera is located on a surface of the workpiece and obtaining a surface image of the workpiece. The method further includes the steps of determining a current focal length of the camera, determining a corrected pixel length of a pixel in the surface image and determining the number of pixels between the start point and the end point of each movement of the welding tool. Using the corrected pixel length, a distance between the start and end points is determined and the welding tool is guided to move therebetween.

  • Patent number: 11301510
Abstract: In an example embodiment, a selection of an image in a user interface is received. Then information about the image is received. Then a look is identified for the image, wherein the look is a category for the image based at least in part on one or more visual attributes of the image as shown in the image The identified look is then compared with one or more item listings stored in a database to identify one or more matching item listings, the one or more matching item listings containing associated images that correspond to the look. Finally, the one or more matching item listings are displayed in the user interface.

  • Publication number: 20210319499
Abstract: In some embodiments, an app provides a geolocation-limited marketplace limited to a pre-defined period of time. The geolocation-limited marketplace is accessible only by the users in a predefined geographical area. Typically, the predefined geographical area is limited to an area small enough for a user to walk from one end to the other in a short period of time. The pre-defined period of time is of some limited length of time that may occur at a pre-defined interval. In some instances, the period of time is one hour.
