  • Publication number: 20070220709
Abstract: A laundry machine having a front panel defining a front face with an opening therein. A pivotally attached door is arranged to selectively close the opening. The front panel has a relatively flat surface surrounding and defining the opening and has a generally annular shape. A wall projects substantially at a right angle to the flat annular surface. A hinge includes a front panel bracket secured to the wall of the front panel, a door bracket secured to the door of the laundry machine, a primary arm pivotally attached to the front panel bracket to rotate relative thereto about a first axis and pivotally attached to the door bracket to rotate relative thereto about a second axis, and a control arm pivotally attached to the front panel bracket to rotate relative thereto about a third axis and pivotally attached to the door bracket to rotate relative thereto about a fourth axis.

  • Publication number: 20050083050
Abstract: Pressurized elastic support structures or balloons are used to press flexible sensors against the surface a material under test. Rigid support elements can also be incorporated into the inspection devices to maintain the basic shape of the inspection structure and to facilitate positioning of the sensors near the test material surface. The rigid supports can have the approximate shape of the test material surface or the pressurization of one or more balloons can be used to conform the sensor to the shape of the test material surface.

  • Patent number: 6877831
Abstract: A lateral file having a cabinet structure which provides improved rigidity against racking, including an improved base associated with a hollow boxlike housing. The base is preferably defined as a closed hollow box which extends across the bottom of the housing. The closed hollow box additionally has wall structure which defines closed tubelike channels extending lengthwise along opposite edges thereof.

  • Patent number: 6162515
Abstract: The present invention is a lighted tree structure comprising a hollow central pole having a top end and a lower end. Secured to the top end is an end cap; while secured to the lower end is an attaching device for attaching the tree structure to a particular surface, such as the ground. A lifting and lowering mechanism is slideably mounted to the central pole. Pivotally secured to the end cap are a plurality of hollow branches. Located within each branch is an illuminated device. A pivot bar is secured to each branch and to the lifting and lowering mechanism to enable the branches to extend outward when in a display position and collapsed when in a storable position.
