  • Publication number: 20190251650
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing an impression inventory trading platform are described. A specification of impression inventory for sale is received from a seller, the impression inventory having associated therewith a plurality of attributes. Each attribute is specified as either visible or hidden to a potential impression inventory buyer. The impression inventory specification and visible attributes associated therewith are provided to one or more potential impression inventory buyers via a user interface, and negotiation for purchase of the impression inventory is facilitated between the seller and one or more of the potential impression inventory buyers via the user interface.

  • Publication number: 20190201330
Abstract: Systems and methods for removal of human cerumen are provided. A composition for removal of cerumen includes at least one cerumenolytically acceptable active agent and an otologically acceptable vehicle. The cerumenolytically acceptable active agent may be an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). Exemplary AHA may include, but are not limited to, glycolic acid, tartronic acid, lactic acid, malic acid and any derivative or mixture thereof. The otologically acceptable vehicle may be sodium or potassium salts of bicarbonate aqueous buffer. Yet further, the otologically acceptable vehicle may contain sodium docusate. Cerumen may be removed and/or a cerumen impaction may be treated by administering to a patient in need thereof a composition comprising an AHA and an otologically acceptable vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10323605
Abstract: Methods are provided for reliably self-testing a water injection system that injects water into the engine responsive to engine operating conditions such as knock, the water injection system refilled manually or via the collection of water on-board the vehicle. Responsive to a water injection error, learned based on a change in a defined set of engine parameters while ramping water injection during selected conditions, the presence of clogging in a water line may be determined. Based on a degree of clogging, subsequent water injection may be appropriately adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20190177500
Abstract: Methods of forming polymer layers on polymer surfaces using surface initiated atom-transfer radical-polymerization (ATRP) are described. The method can include functionalization steps prior to performing surface initiated ATRP, such as hydroxylation steps and/or halogenation steps. The hydroxylation step can be carried out in a solution including potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, or lithium hydroxide. The halogenation step can also be carried out in a solution. The methods described herein can be performed on bundles of hollow polymer fibers, including bundles of hollow polymer fibers mounted in a module.

  • Publication number: 20190086022
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention provide a display support arm assembly that includes a proximal housing supporting at least one proximal shaft, a distal housing spaced from the proximal housing and supporting at least one distal shaft, and at least one link extending from the at least one proximal shaft to the at least one distal shaft. The at least one link is coupled for pivotal movement about an axis of the at least one proximal shaft. The display support assembly also includes a gas strut extending between the proximal housing and the distal housing. The gas strut provides substantially constant force throughout a range of the vertical adjustment of the display support arm. The display support assembly further includes at least one torque element associated with either or both of the at least one proximal shaft and the at least one distal shaft.

  • Patent number: 10210315
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computer system for managing and tracking commands associated with a change on a managed computer system. The managed computer system receives a log-on of an administrator onto the managed computer system, determines the lockdown level of the managed computer system by querying a managing computer system, and retrieves a list of authorized commands under the lockdown level from the managing computer system. The managed computer system determines, by querying the managing computer system, whether an authorized change on the managed computer system exists. The managed computer system removes the lockdown level to receive from the managing computer system authorization of commands that have been locked down, in response to determining that the authorized change exists. The managed computer system sets the lockdown level with the authorized commands on the managed computer system, in response to determining that the authorized change does not exist.
