Abstract: A roller-skating boot has a wheel support turnably fitted to a front connecting portion of the sole thereof. Two front wheels are provided at two ends of the wheel support such that the user can be supported with increased stability by the side-by-side arranged front wheels and other wheels that are arranged in one line behind the front wheels. The wheel support has a protrusion sticking up to be movably confined in a guide trench of the front connecting portion so as to limit the change of orientation of the wheel support in relation to the sole to a certain range.

Abstract: An adjustable window blind cord stopper includes a locking guider slidably connected on a lift cord of the window blind assembly by constructing an adjustable knot at a guiding through slot of the locking guider. In which, in an unlocked position that the adjustable knot is normally loosen with respect to the locking guider, the cord stopper is adapted for sliding along the cord in such a manner that when the adjustable knot is positioned above the guiding through slot, the cord stopper is adapted to slide downwardly along the lift cord, and when the adjustable knot is positioned below the guiding through slot, the cord stopper is adapted to slide upwardly along the lift cord. Thereby, the folding or unfolding condition of the slats of the window blind assembly can be locked up by sliding the cord stopper between an upper position and a lower position.

In the present invention, a single product is realized which is capable of identifying the owner of any suitcase or luggage with external indicia, while also effectively locking the suitcase or luggage to prevent unwanted entry. In the present invention, the combined luggage tag and locking system incorporates two separate and independent locking members, preferably a conventional shackle in combination with an elongated/flexible cable member or locking wire, for further enhancing the locked securement thereof to any desired product.

A motion mechanism provides each seating assembly with at least one of total rocking, vertical, lateral, and turning movement and in one embodiment generally constrains the seat members of the seat assemblies from interference with each other. The seating assemblies are provided at a neutral angle that corresponds to the particular application of the seat. The amount of rocking movement and/or vertical movement is based on the neutral angle. In concert, the neutral angle orientation, rocking movement, and vertical movement cause the weight supported by an occupant's seat bones, posterior, and thighs to be optimally distributed on the seating assembly, improving seating comfort as applied to a given seating environment.

Abstract: By providing a removable cover assembly mountable to a rotating dial of a central housing of a padlock, a padlock construction is attained which is visually distinctive and can be custom tailored to individual consumer choice. The cover assembly of the present invention is preferably constructed from two cooperating components, thereby providing ease of assembly and removal. In its preferred construction, the cover assembly is formed in a plurality of alternate colors, styles, designs, and the like, with or without indicia displayed thereon providing for visual distinctiveness and coordination with luggage products. Furthermore, the cover assembly is also constructed in a manner which enables the dials of the padlock to be easily accessed for use as well as incorporating a visually distinctive combination read-out zone for improved visibility.

In this way, degradation by contamination is virtually eliminated.

Abstract: By providing a separate and independent release assembly having independent activation means for controlling the release or opening of a combination lock, an effective, easily produced, combination lock is achieved. The combination lock of the present invention virtually eliminates the ability of unauthorized persons from opening the lock, using known picking techniques, while also being constructed with the interior chambers thereof virtually sealed from ambient surroundings, preventing unwanted contamination from entering the interior of the lock and the rotating components thereof. In addition, a minimum number of components are employed in combination with a housing and a movable shackle which is completely controlled by a separate and independent shackle release assembly having an independent activation member. In this way, the unique combination padlock construction of this invention is achieved.

Abstract: By forming a plurality of false void zones in a lock housing in association with the tumbler release channel, a combination lock construction is attained which virtually eliminates the ability of trained individuals to gain unwanted access to the lock. Preferably, the combination lock housing also incorporates a plurality of non-releasing open or void zones or slots formed in association with the lock release groove for each rotatable tumbler sleeve. In this way, the desired false click is provided for each rotatable dial in order to thwart unwanted opening of the combination lock of this invention. Furthermore, the lock construction of the present invention is constructed with the interior chambers thereof virtually sealed from ambient surroundings, thereby preventing unwanted contamination from entering the interior of the lock and the rotating components thereof. In this way, degradation by contamination is virtually eliminated.

Abstract: Single stranded DNA fragments in sizes above 300 bases are separated electrophoretically in a field inversion technique in which the voltage of the reverse pulse exceeds that of the forward pulse, the duration of the forward pulse exceeds that of the reverse pulse, and the product of voltage and duration for the forward pulse exceeds that of the reverse pulse. The result is an improvement in resolution over previous field inversion techniques, and the elimination of band inversion.

Abstract: An infusion alarm system comprised of a housing, an upper cover attached to the housing at the top, a control circuit set in said upper cover, a battery box set inside the housing and an inner shell set between the housing and the battery box, a tension spring set in the inner shell having a hook coupled thereto at the bottom for suspending a drip infusion bottle, an adjusting key set set in the housing to adjust the tension of the tension spring. When the weight of the drip infusion bottle is reduced to a predetermined range due to reducing of infusion solution during drip infusion operation, the control circuit is triggered to produce audio and visual alarm signals through an audio and a visual alarm device respectively.
