Abstract: Provided herein are methods for treating or preventing cancer comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a HER2 binding molecule comprising a cytotoxic Shiga toxin A subunit effector polypeptide and a binding region capable of specifically binding an extracellular part of human HER2. The cancer may be a cancer that involves a cell which expresses or overexpresses HER2, such as a HER2-positive breast cancer, bile duct cancer, or a gastric or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.

Abstract: Methods, systems and computer-readable media enable various techniques related to semantic navigation. One aspect is a technique for displaying semantically derived facets in the search engine interface. Each of the facets comprises faceted search results. Each of the faceted search results is displayed in association with user interface elements for including or excluding the faceted search result as additional search terms to subsequently refine the search query. Another aspect automatically infers new metadata from the content and from existing metadata and then automatically annotates the content with the new metadata to improve recall and navigation. Another aspect identifies semantic annotations by determining semantic connections between the semantic annotations and then dynamically generating a topic page based on the semantic connections.

The data processing device can be co-located with one of the assets. One embodiment of the invention includes a processor, and memory containing a client application. In addition, the client application configures the processor to: request a top level index file identifying a plurality of alternative streams of protected content, where each of the alternative streams of protected content are encrypted using common cryptographic information; obtain the common cryptographic information; request portions of content from at least the plurality of alternative streams of protected content; access the protected content using the common cryptographic information; and playback the content.

Abstract: A ventilator airflow splitter is described herein that includes two to four connectors extending axially through two to four channels starting from a port insert of a single inlet connector and terminating at a port of each of the two to four connectors. The two to four connectors merge into the single inlet connector where the single inlet connector includes an internal cross-splitter individually dividing each of the two to four connectors internally, thereby separating the airflow between each of the two to four connectors such that the air is incapable of moving between connectors. The ventilator airflow splitter also includes gussets where each of the two to four connectors have a gusset individually attached and the gussets merge at the single inlet connector. Each of the two to four connectors are configured to be operatively connected to medical equipmentor a ventilator at the ports and the port insert of the single inlet connector.
