Also, the Escherichia coli strain of the present disclosure is economical and environment-friendly because it can produce high value-added myrcene using waste glycerol as a carbon source. As a result, a composition comprising the peptide according to the present invention exhibits excellent effects in terms of preventing, treating, or improving Th1-mediated immune diseases.
