  • Publication number: 20230295737
Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for treating a subject afflicted with a tumor, e.g., lung cancer, having a high tumor mutation burden (TMB) status comprising administering to the subject an immunotherapy, e.g., an anti-PD-1 antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof. The present disclosure also provides a method for identifying a subject suitable for an immunotherapy, e.g., a treatment with an anti-PD-1 antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof, comprising measuring a TMB status of a biological sample of the subject. A high TMB status identifies the patient as suitable for treatment with an anti-PD-1 antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof. The TMB status can be determined by sequencing nucleic acids in the tumor and identifying a genomic alteration, e.g., a somatic nonsynonymous mutation, in the sequenced nucleic acids.

  • Patent number: 11763239
Abstract: A system and related method are provided to receive user streaming interaction data (USID) and determine a context of the interaction. Processed stream data is stored, and emotion information (EI) is created by analyzing the processed stream data, producing an EI-tagged interaction record. An overall first EI value (EIV) reflects a value of an EI at a first time, and an overall second EIV reflects a value of an EI at a second time. Indicators related to the EIs are provided on a device of a service representative (SR). When the second EIV is more negative than the first EIV, the system communicates a recommended action to the service representative that is dependent upon on the context of the interaction and the EI.

  • Patent number: 11748748
Abstract: A method for the use of electronic transactional tokens includes: generating a plurality of transactional tokens including a first token; associating each of the transactional tokens with a plurality of users, the first token associated with a first user; monitoring usage of the transactional tokens in a plurality of transactions in a local region or network; and in response to receiving transactional data for the first transaction, updating the first token from a first state to a second state (e.g., to provide a benefit when the token is applied in the local region or network). The tokens may be generated and monitored using a token processing system, which uses transaction data received by a transaction handler that is handling transaction processing for the transactions.

  • Publication number: 20230263439
Abstract: An apparatus includes an analyte sensor, a memory, and a processor. The processor monitors, using the analyte sensor, an analyte of a patient during a time period to obtain measured analyte data for the analyte and monitors other measured sensor data indicative of a physiological state of the patient during the time period. The processor also determines, based on the physiological state of the patient during the time period, expected analyte data for the analyte and determines a correction factor based on the expected analyte data and the measured analyte data. The correction factor is indicative of an error in calibration of the analyte sensor. The processor also determines whether recalibration of the analyte sensor is possible. If recalibration is possible, the processor recalibrates the analyte sensor based on the correction factor, and if recalibration is not possible, the processor recommends, to the patient, to replace the analyte sensor.

  • Patent number: 11734764
Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for interfacing between a user and a computing device. The computing device may receive data describing a projected periodic savings amount and first expense data describing a first expense of the user. The first expense data may indicate an amount of the first expense and a first expense time when the first expense will be incurred. The computing device may display a graphical user interface at a display. The graphical user interface may comprise a savings shape having a size based at least in part on the projected periodic savings amount and a first expense shape having a size based at least in part on the first amount. The computing device may receive an instruction to place the first expense shape in the savings shape and may determine that the projected periodic savings amount is sufficient to fund the first expense at the first time.
