    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a contrast enhanced ultrasound imaging method and an ultrasound imaging device. The method may include: determining a target imaging mode from preset imaging modes in response to the first instruction, where the preset imaging modes comprise a first contrast enhanced imaging mode and a second contrast enhanced imaging mode which have different frame rate; transmitting ultrasound waves to a target object and receiving ultrasound echoes returned from the target object according to the determined target imaging mode to obtain ultrasound echo signals; and generating a contrast enhanced image according to the ultrasound echo signals. An ultrasound imaging device is also be provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a momentum-matching and band-alignment van der Waals (vdW) infrared photodetector and a fabrication method thereof. The photodetector includes a substrate, a dielectric layer, a Bi2O2Se layer, a black phosphorus (BP) layer, a metal source and a metal drain. The fabrication method includes: transferring, in a wet manner, the Bi2O2Se layer grown on the mica substrate onto the substrate having the dielectric layer, transferring the mechanically exfoliated BP layer through a micro-region fixed-point transfer device onto the Bi2O2Se layer, and separately fabricating the metal source and the metal drain on the Bi2O2Se layer and the BP layer by processes such as electron beam exposure and electron beam evaporation, thereby forming the momentum-matching and band-alignment vdW infrared photodetector having a vertical structure.

In some embodiments, the graphene infused acoustic layer comprises an effective amount of graphene to provide durability. The first part includes ligating a UMI adapter, amplifying the DNA fragments in the presence of dUTP, enriching the target molecules through primer extension by using a panel of both forward and reverse primers, and removing the dU-containing template DNA. The DNA molecules are organized to primary clones and subclones, labeled by the UMI on 5? and 3? end of the DNA fragments, respectively. The second part includes sequencing the DNA library by NGS, deducing consensus sequence from each subclone, and from within each primary clone, and between the consensus sequences obtained from both forward and reverse primers.
