Due to that a single liposome includes multiple antibodies against different cells, and a liposome with a stable structure and long circulation characteristics in vivo is constituted by molecular self-assembly, the multicellular targeting liposome can sequentially or simultaneously bind to multiple different cells by means of the action of antibodies to promote the identification of, communication between, the cytotoxicity of, the pro-apoptosis or clearance of different cells, etc.
