    Abstract: A microbial dressing method for super abrasive tools includes a kind of microbe which is capable of consuming the bond in a certain manner is selected to perform the microbial dressing. Specifically, the microbe is inoculated and cultured in the culture medium to a certain concentration, then the dressing area of the abrasive tool is immersed into the culture liquid to remove the bond in the surface by the action of the microbe, and the control of the dressing amount is realized by controlling the microbe concentration and the soaking time. Precise dressing for super abrasive products, particularly for fine grained abrasive tools can be realized using the present method.

    Abstract: A screen protection film with a curve frame includes a lens diaphragm and a frame diaphragm. The lens diaphragm has a first fixed zone; the frame diaphragm has a second fixed zone; the first fixed zone connects with the second fixed zone. The frame diaphragm has the same curve radian as a display screen to be protected. Both the lens diaphragm and the frame diaphragm are made of PET diaphragm material by forming in mold. The screen protection film realizes protection to a whole curve screen. Usually, a curved surface deforms in 3 directions and a stretched frame diaphragm can deform in 3 directions to completely fit in with the radian of the curve screen and cover the whole curve screen; the PET as the base material ensures a good light transmittance. Even in stretching, the light transmittance also reaches more than 85%, surpassing PVC and PP materials.

    Abstract: A synchronous buck converter operates in a PWM mode of operation and switches to light-load mode of operation under a light-load condition. When operating in the light-load mode, the synchronous buck converter transitions between a burst mode and an idle mode of operation. In the burst mode of operation, the converter operates with a fixed but increased duty ratio, with respect to the PWM mode of operation, that installs additional energy in an output capacitor. In the idle mode of operation, the high-side and low-side transistors are each turned off. To maximize energy savings and to quickly transition back to the PWM mode of operation if the load increases, a limit as to the number of allowed switching cycles when bursting is imposed and a minimum ratio of the number of clock cycles when idling to the number of switching cycles when bursting is set. Additionally, a comparator is provided to detect a sudden step-increase in the load to quickly switch the converter back to the PWM mode of operation.
