    Abstract: A multi-sensor non-invasive blood glucose monitoring instrument based on impedance spectroscopy-optical method, which belongs to a blood glucose measuring instrument for human body. The blood glucose monitoring instrument comprises a detection probe, a microprocessor, a display unit and a storage unit. The detection probe comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, an LED array, a photoelectric sensor, a pair of low-frequency electrodes, and a pair of high-frequency electrodes. The high-frequency electrode employs parallel electrodes, a matching inductor is directly soldered to the positive electrode or negative electrode of the electrode, and a shielding electrode is provided around the high-frequency electrode. The distance between the two low-frequency electrodes is 1 cm-2 m, and the low-frequency electrodes can test the low-frequency impedance of the tissue stably.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a crystal of cephalosporin intermediate 7?-methoxy cephalothin (I) and a method for preparing same. The crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin (I) undergoes Cu-Ka radiation and X-ray powder diffraction expressed in terms of angle 2?; the crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin (I) has characteristic absorption peaks at positions of 7.34°±0.20°, 12.71°±0.20°, 14.25°±0.20°, 14.68°±0.20°, 16.52°±0.20°, 17.99°±0.20°, 19.98°±0.20°, and 22.69°±0.20°. The crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin provided by the present invention is easy to prepare. Related test data shows that the crystal of 7?-methoxy cephalothin has high purity, low impurity content, and good stability. The preparation cost is low, the preparation method is simple to operate, conditions are mild and easy to control, and crystals of 7?-methoxy cephalothin can be obtained stably. The invention is applicable to industrial production.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a universal non-invasive blood glucose estimation method based on time series analysis, which comprises 5 steps, i.e., data input and preprocessing, features screening, establishment of single-feature model based on time series analysis, multi-feature fusion, and non-invasive blood glucose estimation. During non-invasive blood glucose estimation, new non-invasive test data is inputted, and the blood glucose estimation series is calculated using related feature information obtained through modeling, single-feature model, and multi-feature fusion model. The estimation method provided in the present invention is easy to execute, and can overcome the delay between changes of physiological parameters of human body and changes of blood glucose, and thereby can obtain more accurate non-invasive blood glucose test results. The estimation method is universal and is applicable to different non-invasive blood glucose monitoring methods.

    Abstract: A system and method for demand forecasting is provided. The system includes a computer system and a demand forecasting engine executed by the computer system. The demand forecasting engine permits inventory management and price optimization, with improved prediction accuracy. The system includes a nonlinear time series model which is able to simulate the market trend of a certain product in the past and make a demand forecast for the future. The system provides initial estimates for new products in a new season, and is self-adjusting with limited data points in the beginning of the season. In this way, the system provides solutions for demand forecasting of old and new products. Furthermore, pricing optimization solutions (e.g., Markov decision processed (MDP) based, etc.) can be built on the basis of the demand forecasting solutions. The system is applicable to many marketing-related problems and is particularly reliable for products which follow a certain cycle.
