    Abstract: A battery, a power consumption apparatus, a method and an apparatus for preparing a battery are provided. The battery includes a plurality of layers of battery cell groups stacked in a first direction. Each layer of the battery cell group includes a plurality of battery cells arranged in an array. A plurality of thermal management components are provided between adjacent two layers of the battery cell groups in the first direction. The thermal management component is configured to contain a fluid to adjust temperature of the battery cells located on both sides of the thermal management component. The plurality of the thermal management components are connected to each other in a second direction to isolate the adjacent two layers of the battery cell groups. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
