    Abstract: Provided are a discharge and modulation system and method for a microwave-radio frequency (RF) mixed coupled plasma, which relate to the technical field of ion beam processing. A gas distributor delivers a process gas separately to an Electron Cyclotron Resonance (ECR) region and an RF-enhanced discharge chamber. A power of a microwave antenna is adjusted to enable the process gas in the ECR region to form an initial plasma. A voltage of an electron extraction grid is adjusted to extract an electron from the initial plasma into the RF-enhanced discharge chamber. An RF power supply loads an RF voltage onto an RF coil, such that the electron collides with the process gas in the RF-enhanced discharge chamber, thereby forming a high-density plasma. An ion extraction grid is adjusted to enable an ion within the high-density plasma to form an ion beam current.

    Abstract: A spiral magnetorheological polishing method for mid-frequency error control is provided, relating to the technical field of optical polishing. The method includes: scanning along a polishing path by using a magnetorheological polishing method, and removing a material in a spiral manner with a polishing tool to achieve spiral magnetorheological polishing of a workpiece. An angle between a scanning direction and a workpiece material removal direction is changed in real time during scanning, to alter a spatial posture of a removal function on a polishing surface in a spiral manner, thereby reducing mid-frequency errors. The method further includes: during scanning, randomly changing a processing line spacing in real time to further achieve suppression of mid-frequency ripple errors. A scanning strategy employs raster scanning processing; when the scanning strategy employs raster scanning processing, the processing line spacing is a raster scanning spacing.

The present application solves the problems in existing fluid self-assemble whereby the transfer efficiency is low, the structure of an assembly substrate is complex, subsequent repairing is difficult, and it is difficult to realize simultaneous classification and assembly of various micro devices.
