Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for making an ice surface of an ice rink and an ice rink including the ice surface. In the method, a salt solution is applied to an ice surface. The salt solution contains anions. A concentration of the anions is in a range from about 0.63 mmol/L to about 10 mmol/L. The anions in the salt solution are selected from the group consisting of chloride ions, nitrate ions, bromide ions, iodide ions, chlorate ions, perchlorate ions, thiocyanate ions, and any combination thereof. The ice surface is maintained at a temperature of about ?4° C. to about 14° C. to naturally freeze the salt solution.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical analysis and quantitative detection, in particular to a quantitative detection method for snake venom thrombin-like enzyme (SVTLE) from Agkistrodon halys pallas. The quantitative detection method for the SVTLE includes the following steps of taking a reference substance of marker peptide for the SVTLE from Agkistrodon halys pallas with an amino acid sequence of LDSPVSNSAHIAPLSLPSSAPSVGSVCR, and preparing a series of reference solutions with different concentrations; adding the reference solutions in test solutions respectively for enzymolysis, and then taking a supernatant after enzymolysis as a series of solutions to be detected; and adding the solutions to be detected in a liquid chromatogram-mass spectrometer, and then selecting a qualitative ion pair and a quantitative ion pair to detect contents of marker peptide in the solutions to be detected.

Abstract: A method of providing improved mouthfeel in consumables having a fat content of about 20% or less is provided. The method includes the step of adding to a consumable composition base from about 0.02 parts per billion to about 25 parts per million based on the total weight of the consumable composition of an Amadori compound, without any subsequent heating. The Amadori compound is a reaction product of glucose with proline.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for controlling a dynamically controllable ultrawide-amplitude and high-response ion source, including: resolving dwell time of ion beam machining during iterative machining; selecting an appropriate velocity V of a movable shaft of a machine tool according to a calculation result of the dwell time; and dynamically calculating process parameters of an ion source according to an initial surface error of an optical component and the velocity V of the movable shaft, and generating a corresponding numerical control (NC) program to machine the optical component. The present disclosure can control the removal function of the ion beam polishing in real time, improve the precision and efficiency of the ion beam polishing, and further reduce the requirement on a movement system of the machine tool and the depth of a damaged layer.

Abstract: A method for separating hemicellulose and lignin from a miscellaneous sugar liquid, in particular a method for separating xylose and lignin from a miscellaneous sugar liquid, is provided. The method solves the problem of lignin carbonization and fouling in the hydrolysis reaction process of the miscellaneous sugar liquid mixed solution. By adding an organic solvent, the lignin separated out in the hydrolysis reaction process is dissolved in the organic solvent component, so the situation that the carbonization and fouling of lignin in a reactor generates substances unfavorable for actual production is avoided. Moreover, the lignin is well protected in the organic solvent, and the lignin obtained in a later period has high reaction activity and excellent performance.
