  • Publication number: 20190379759
Abstract: Computing systems and processes of creating provisional account profiles of users are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a computing system is configured to detect at least one ingoing or outgoing communication to or from a first globally unique identifier of a first user that has not already linked to an account of said service. In response to said detection, the computing system is configured to create a provisional user profile for the first user linked to the first globally unique identifier and gather public information associated with the first user from one or more third-party sources outside said service. When the first user joins said service, the computing system can be configured to allocate the provisional user profile to an account belonging to the first user linked to the first globally unique identifier.

  • Publication number: 20190065444
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for high-throughput content-creation for the world wide web (WWW). A new text/textual file format referred to as a graphicle is introduced. A graphicle file comprises sections and the sections further specify Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) parameters that are used to construct calls to endpoints of a web-api. When called, the web-api first filters a complete dataset based on the URI parameters to obtain filtered data. Alternatively, it uses the data directly supplied in the URI parameters. It then applies a predefined HTML template to this data, resulting in a fully rendered HTML web page which the web-api returns at its originally called endpoint. The web page is based on HTML5 and is device-responsive. The techniques are applicable to a variety of industry verticals, including sports, entertainment, finance, etc. The system can also be condensed to a locally stored application for deployment on an offline computer.

  • Publication number: 20180374664
Abstract: Electronic pressure switch comprising a pressure sensor and a circuit provided in turn with a switch for the activation/deactivation of an electric pump, an input terminal and an output terminal for connection to the mains and connection between the pressure switch and the electric pump and a microcontroller for controlling the switch, which receives signals from the pressure sensor, wherein the electric circuit comprises a current sensor connected to the microcontroller, so that it can stop the operation of the electric pump due to overcurrent, thus avoiding having to mount a specific sensor in the electric pump. It also allows, by interacting with the pressure sensor through a programmed logic, an operation of the electric pump in no-load condition, without water, as well as water hammers, to be detected with greater reliability.

  • Publication number: 20180139264
Abstract: A cloud service stores and aggregates content that is obtained from different content sources using different protocols. For example, the content may include electronic messages, calendar information, contacts, social network content, feed data, search results, and the like. The cloud service aggregates content for each user based on the user's configuration settings. The cloud service may perform processing on the aggregated content before it is delivered and displayed to the user on the client device. For example, one or more views may be generated and stored by the cloud service before the view is requested from the client. Changes made to the aggregated content on the client may be synchronized with the content source. Searches may be made across all or a portion of the different content sources that are aggregated for a user.
