    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a base structure of lens-focusing mechanism first prepares a conductive member having at least two conductive parts, interconnection part, contacts and two conductive pins. The conductive parts have proximity ends separated and staggered to each other. An insulating base is formed by injection molding and encapsulates the conductive member wherein the conductive pins, the interconnection part and the contacts are exposed out of the insulating base. The interconnection part is cut and then a spring member is mounted to the insulating base and electrically connected to the conductive pins through the contacts. The present invention can solve the problem of difficulty in assembling conductive pins and connecting the spring member for the insulating base. The conductive member is arranged within the insulating base such that plastic material can be saved, the flatness, the stability and the anti-damage ability of base can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A lens focusing device includes a lens holder for holding a lens therein, a base, and an electrically conductive spring member elastically connected to between the lens holder and the base. The base is provided on a side wall with two terminal recesses, in which two connecting terminals are disposed. The connecting terminals respectively include a first terminal portion forward extended along a light axis to electrically connect to the spring member, a second terminal portion rearward extended along the light axis, and a connecting portion located between the first and the second terminal portion. The spring member is further electrically connected to two ends of a winding wound around the lens holder, so that external electric current can be supplied to the winding via the connecting terminals and the spring member for driving the lens holder to move relative to the base along the light axis.

    Abstract: An elastic supporting structure for an optical image stabilizer is provided. The optical image stabilizer includes a movable portion, a compensation module, and a plurality of suspension wires. The movable portion is provided therein with a lens. The compensation module corresponds to the movable portion, and both are located on the same image-capturing optical axis. Each suspension wire has two ends respectively connected to the movable portion and the compensation module. The movable portion is provided with an upper spring plate. One end of each suspension wire is connected to a length-increased outer line element and at least one additional auxiliary line element of the upper spring plate, and the other end of each suspension wire is connected to the compensation module, such that the movable portion corresponds to the compensation module and is spaced therefrom by a predetermined distance. Also, anti-shake function performs well with suspension wires.

    Abstract: The present invention provides some configurations of flexible connections jointly or integrally formed with a movable part and/or a fixed part of a lens module. The flexible connections may move the movable part along an optical axis direction and/or directions perpendicular to the optical axis. The configuration and material of the flexible connections provide an enhanced strength bearing plastic deformation, and hence increasing the structure strength of the lens module. The formation of the flexible connections with the movable part and/or the fixed part with one mold-injection process can reduce parts of the lens module and simply its manufacturing process.

The lens holder is formed on an outer face with confining areas, each of which includes a main surface and a first and a second raised side surface respectively facing against the inner surface and the first and second side surfaces, so that the inner wall portions are limited to move relative to the lens holder only within the confining areas. Therefore, the lens focusing device is impact-resistant and undue-twisting protected.

By way of giving an improved OIS coil structure, a magnetic induction element used to sense movement of magnets atop which maybe cause from a user's hand shaking can be placed as far away from OIS coils as possible. The impact of the magnet field of the OIS coil on the magnetic induction element is thus reduced. In one embodiment, the OIS coil is down-sized to reduce the influence of the OIS coil on the magnetic induction element placed beside it. In another embodiment, the OIS coil has a one-sided indention and the magnetic induction element is placed below/or beside the indention of the OIS coil.
