    Abstract: A tilt-type anti-shake compensation structure for auto-focus module includes an auto-focus module having a lens assembly held thereto and driving the latter to move forward and rearward in a light entering path, i.e. in z-axis direction, so as to focus a captured image; an outer frame enclosing the auto-focus module therein, and having an elastic supporting member provided therein to connect to and between upper ends of the outer frame and the auto-focus module; and a compensation driving unit arranged behind the auto-focus module for driving the auto-focus module to tilt leftward and rightward on x-axis, or forward and rearward on y-axis, within the outer frame, so as to compensate any image deviation due to shake caused by hands. The anti-shake structure is simple and can quickly compensate shake caused by hands.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a base structure of lens-focusing mechanism first prepares a conductive member having at least two conductive parts, interconnection part, contacts and two conductive pins. The conductive parts have proximity ends separated and staggered to each other. An insulating base is formed by injection molding and encapsulates the conductive member wherein the conductive pins, the interconnection part and the contacts are exposed out of the insulating base. The interconnection part is cut and then a spring member is mounted to the insulating base and electrically connected to the conductive pins through the contacts. The present invention can solve the problem of difficulty in assembling conductive pins and connecting the spring member for the insulating base. The conductive member is arranged within the insulating base such that plastic material can be saved, the flatness, the stability and the anti-damage ability of base can be enhanced.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a VCA-based lens driving device. By way of giving an improved OIS coil structure, a magnetic induction element used to sense movement of magnets atop which maybe cause from a user's hand shaking can be placed as far away from OIS coils as possible. The impact of the magnet field of the OIS coil on the magnetic induction element is thus reduced. In one embodiment, the OIS coil is down-sized to reduce the influence of the OIS coil on the magnetic induction element placed beside it. In another embodiment, the OIS coil has a one-sided indention and the magnetic induction element is placed below/or beside the indention of the OIS coil.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a lens driving device that is based on a Voice Coil Actuator (VCA) structure and provides the auto-focusing and optical image stabilization (OIS) functions. According to the present invention, these two functions can be realized by a common magnet scheme, or a separate magnet scheme. Besides, the present invention also provides an improved structure for the lens driving device to enhance the function of OIS thereof. By arranging a magnetic enhancement device below the OIS coils in the lens driving device, the magnetic driving force of the OIS coils and magnetic induction of the Hall sensors, if present, can be enhanced, and the magnetic sensitivity thereof may be also improved.
