    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of disaster prevention and reduction of transmission lines, and provides a quasi-static calculation method for lateral unbalanced force of transmission lines. The present invention can quantify significant unbalanced force caused by a failed tower to an adjacent tower, thus to quantitatively evaluate cascading failure risk of transmission lines. The present invention does not need a lot of iteration, and can parametrically reveal influence of various factors on unbalanced force. The present invention quantifies influence of large deformation effect of a conducting wire on wind load, and at the same time, wind load of the conducting wire is corrected by the trapezoidal equivalent wind pressure proposed, which avoids wind load calculation error of the conducting wire caused by a relatively large vertical height difference, better reflects actual mechanical state of the lines, and optimizes existing wind load calculation method of transmission lines.

The optoelectrical detection circuit detects the output optical power, and outputs a detection signal to the controller. The controller determines a control signal based on the detection signal, and outputs the control signal to the voltage conversion circuit, where the control signal is used to adjust the bias voltage.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for operation in a fifth-generation new radio (5G NR) system may be configured for multi physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduling and may decode a first downlink control information (DCI) and a second DCI received from a gNodeB (gNB). The first DCI may schedule multiple PDSCHs and the second DCI may schedule one or more PDSCHs. The UE may check the timing relations of the scheduled PDSCHs for validity when the first DCI and the second DCI end at a same symbol. When the multiple PDSCHs scheduled by the first DCI and the one or more PDSCHs scheduled by the second DCI are determined to have overlapping time spans, the UE may identify all the PDSCHs scheduled by the first DCI the second DCI as invalid.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for multiplexing of PUCCH for beam failure recovery and other signals. A UE may determine a transmission dropping rule and a transmission power scaling rule for a PUCCH which is dedicatedly configured for secondary BFR transmission, such as a PUCCH-BFR, when it is multiplexed with at least one other signal. The PUCCH-BFR and the at least one other signal may be multiplexed in a CC or in multiple CCs. The UE may determine a transmission dropping rule, e.g., so that UE can transmit an uplink signals with higher priority and drop the other uplink signal with lower priority to avoid beam collisions. The UE may determine a transmission power scaling rule, e.g., so the UE may scale transmission power within a CC and/or across CCs. The UE may multiplex the PUCCH-BFR with the at least one other signal according to the rules.
