  • Patent number: 11893085
Abstract: An image including a first object can be input to a deep neural network trained to detect objects. The deep neural network can output a first feature vector corresponding to the first object. A first distance can be measured from the first feature vector to a feature vector subspace determined using a k-means single value decomposition algorithm on an overcomplete dictionary of feature vectors. The first object can be determined to correspond to an anomaly based on the first distance.

  • Patent number: 11895532
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) passively determines the presence of a cellular network bottleneck in a downlink channel and may take appropriate actions to mitigate the bottleneck. The UE may analyze the transport block size (TBS) of slots of received downlink traffic and assign states the to various slots based on this analysis. Based on these assigned states, the UE may identify a burst of network traffic from network traffic received from the cellular network, and the UE may also determine the burst duration as well as a busy estimation. The UE may determine that the cellular network is experiencing a bottleneck based at least in part on the burst duration and the busy estimation.

  • Publication number: 20240037627
Abstract: One or more systems and/or methods for combining vectors output by multiple different mechanisms for content item retrieval are provided. An image encoder may output a first set of vectors generated by an image model using an input image as input. A text encoder may output a second set of vectors generated by a text model using input text as input. A vector combination module may combine the first set of vectors and the second set of vectors to create a vector output. A weight is applied to the vector output to create a weighted output. An output vector is generated based upon a combination of the first set of vectors, the second set of vectors, and the weighted output. The output vector is used to query a catalog to identify a content item related to the input image and the input text.

  • Patent number: 11886803
Abstract: In implementations of systems for assistive digital form authoring, a computing device implements an authoring system to receive input data describing a search input associated with a digital form. The authoring system generates an input embedding vector that represents the search input in a latent space using a machine learning model trained on training data to generate embedding vectors in the latent space. A candidate embedding vector included in a group of candidate embedding vectors is identified based on a distance between the input embedding vector and the candidate embedding vector in the latent space. The authoring system generates an indication of a search output associated with the digital form for display in a user interface based on the candidate embedding vector.

  • Patent number: 11886782
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method are provided for training a dynamics model to learn the dynamics of a physical system. The dynamics model may be learned to be able to infer a future state of the physical system and/or its environment based on a current state of the physical system and/or its environment. The learned dynamics model is inherently globally stable. Instead of learning a dynamics model and attempting to separately verify its stability, the learnable dynamics model comprises a learnable Lyapunov function which is jointly learned together with the nominal dynamics of the physical system. The learned dynamics model is highly suitable for real-life applications in which a physical system may assume a state which was unseen during training as the learned dynamics model is inherently globally stable.
