  • Publication number: 20240067001
Abstract: A vehicular power system includes a battery disposed at a vehicle, an electrical motor disposed at the vehicle that controls propulsion of the equipped vehicle when powered, a power system controller, and a transformer electrically connected to the battery. The transformer includes a plurality of taps, each tap of the plurality of taps providing a different output voltage. The power system controller, responsive to a vehicle speed request, determines one of the plurality of taps. The power system controller electrically connects the determined one of the plurality of taps to the electrical motor, and electrical power flows from the battery through the determined one of the plurality of taps to the electrical motor. The electrical motor, based on the electrical power from the determined one of the plurality of taps, adjusts speed of propulsion of the equipped vehicle toward the requested vehicle speed.

  • Publication number: 20240067190
Abstract: A method for determining a sampling rate of occupancy data for a vehicle includes determining a vehicle speed and detecting whether an interrupt condition is present. If the speed is within a first speed range and no interrupt condition is detected, then a first sampling rate is selected for sampling the occupancy data. If the speed is within a second speed range that is higher than the first speed range, and/or if the interrupt condition is detected, then a second sampling rate which is faster than the first sampling rate is selected for sampling the occupancy data. A primary electronic control unit (ECU) may be configured for sampling the occupancy data. If the second sampling rate is selected and a computational demand of the primary ECU exceeds a predetermined threshold, then a portion of the computational demand may be transferred to one or more secondary ECUs for sampling the data.

  • Publication number: 20240070371
Abstract: This application discloses a computing system to identify suspected defects in a manufactured integrated circuit, which correspond to electrical failures detected by a test applied to the manufactured integrated circuit. The computing system can utilize the suspected defects in the manufactured integrated circuit to cluster features in a physical layout design describing the manufactured integrated circuit. Each cluster of the features corresponds to a candidate for a physical root cause of the suspected defects in the manufactured integrated circuit. The computing system can detect a physical root cause of the electrical failures in the manufactured integrated circuit based on the clusters of the features. A physical failure analysis process includes an inspection of the manufactured integrated circuit to confirm the physical root cause of the electrical failures in the manufactured integrated circuit corresponds to a systemic manufacturing fault in the manufactured integrated circuit.

  • Publication number: 20240070448
Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, devices, and computer program products are described. A mocking service may log a set of real application programming interface (API) data including a set of API requests and corresponding API responses. Using a generator function of a generative adversarial network (GAN), the mocking service may generate a set of sample (e.g., mock) data that mimics the API requests and responses. The mocking service may use a discriminator function to compare the sample data to the real API data and weight parameters of the GAN (e.g., retrain a machine learning model of the GAN) until the generator function generates sample data similar enough to the real API data. When the discriminator function is unable to distinguish the sample data, the real data, the mocking service may store the trained GAN and use it to generate mock API responses to API requests from users.

  • Publication number: 20240069993
Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, devices, and computer program products are described. A mapping service may receive a user input indicating conditions for generating mock data values into application programming interface (API) fields. The mapping service may map a set of API fields to a set of mock collection library (MCL) fields using a mapping scheme. For example, the mapping service may map field names or descriptions of the API and MCL fields based on similarity scores determined using word embeddings. The mapping service may display a set of mapped fields and example mock data to a user. If the user rejects the mapped fields, the mapping service may remap the fields. Once the user accepts the mapped fields, the mapping service may generate a full set of mock data for the API (e.g., mock API responses to an API request) and store the mapping scheme.

  • Publication number: 20240070724
Abstract: A computer implemented method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for recommending item attributes. A computer system determines the item attributes in an item profile for an item offered by a seller on an item transaction platform. The computer system identifies interactions between the seller and a potential buyer regarding the item. The computer system determines a set of missing item attributes from the item profile based on the interactions between the seller and the potential buyer. The computer system recommends a set of actions for the set of missing item attributes identified to a seller of the item in a recommendation. The computer system performs a set of actions in the recommendation using the set of missing item attributes in response to a user input from the seller responding to the recommendation.

  • Publication number: 20240069766
Abstract: Implementations described herein relate to selective data map unit access. A memory device may receive a request from a host device to access a resource associated with a data map unit. The memory device may identify whether the data map unit is in a locked state or an unlocked state. The data map unit may be in the locked state when another host device currently has exclusive access to the resource or may be in the unlocked state when no other host device currently has exclusive access to the resource. The memory device may selectively grant the host device exclusive access to the resource based on identifying whether the data map unit is in the locked state or the unlocked state.

  • Patent number: 11915375
Abstract: In particular embodiments, a computing system may divide at least a portion of a physical space surrounding a user into a plurality of three-dimensional (3D) regions, wherein each of the 3D regions is associated with an area of a plurality of areas in a plane. The system may generate estimated locations of features of objects in the portion of the physical space. Based on the estimated locations, the system may determine an occupancy state of each of the plurality of 3D regions. Then based on the occupancy states of the plurality of 3D regions, the system may determine that one or more of the plurality of areas have respective airspaces that are likely unoccupied by objects.

  • Patent number: 11915341
Abstract: In implementations of repeat object blending, a computing device implements a repeat object blending system, which is implemented to receive a digital image depicting a first object and a second object, where the first object is depicted as multiple instances of a repeated base object, and the second object is depicted as multiple instances of a visually different repeated base object. The repeat object blending system can identify visual characteristics of the first object and the second object. The repeat object blending system can then generate an intermediate object by blending one or more of the visual characteristics of the first object and one or more of the visual characteristics of the second object. The resulting intermediate object is a visual representation of the repeated base object blended with the visually different repeated base object.

  • Patent number: 11914304
Abstract: A method to control the density of a three-dimensional photonic crystal template involves changing the irradiation time from at least four laser beams to yield a periodic percolating matrix of mass and voids free of condensed matter from a photoresist composition. The photoresist composition includes a photoinitiator at a concentration where the dose or irradiation is controlled by the irradiation time and is less than the irradiation time that would convert all photoinitiator to initiating species such that the density of the three-dimensional photonic crystal template differs for different irradiation times. A deposition of reflecting or absorbing particles can be patterned on the surface of the photoresist composition to form a template with varying densities above different areas of the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20240061827
Abstract: In some embodiments, systems, methods, and apparatuses are provided herein useful for managing a plurality of concurrent and nearly concurrent data requests within a computer system. The systems have a main data storage for storing source data, and a high speed, and/or remote data storage for storing computed data. In some embodiments, a combination of data filters and distributed mutex processes are used to eliminate or limit duplicate reads and writes into the high speed data storage units by ensuring only a single service module gets a lock to do the read and update of the cache; and makes it possible for keys to expire and be removed from the data filter. The systems and methods herein have various applications including retail sales environments where the requested data is related to product sales, product availability and the like.

  • Publication number: 20240061725
Abstract: A federation management service may generate a federated application program interface (API) based on multiple data sources. The federation management service may detect changes to one or more of the multiple data sources, which may result in generation of a new version of the federated API. The changes to the data sources may be documented in a change event log. The change event log may be used to recreate a prior version of the federated API by applying changes of the change event log to a federated schema corresponding to the federated API. A snapshotting technique may capture the state of the federated schema at various points in time, and snapshots may be used to regenerate a prior version of the federated API using the change events of the change event log.
