  • Publication number: 20230091969
Abstract: Methods and apparatus relating to lane based normalized historical error counter view for faulty lane isolation and disambiguation of transient versus persistent errors are described. In an embodiment, a plurality of storage entries store error information to be detected at one or more physical lanes of an interface. Faulty lane detection logic circuitry determines which of the one or more physical lanes is faulty or more likely to be faulty based at least in part on the stored error information for the one or more physical lanes of the interface. The stored error information comprises historical error details for the one or more physical lanes of the interface. Other embodiments are also disclosed and claimed.

  • Publication number: 20230092663
Abstract: Disclosed herein is system for buffering processor interrupts from active input devices, such as Bluetooth devices, so that they are aligned with a video refresh rate. The system may include a processor that operates in a first operating mode (e.g., a low power mode) and, in response to an interrupt request, switch to a second operating mode (e.g., a higher power mode). The first operating mode may be different from the second operating mode (e.g., each with a different level of power consumption). The system may also include a video subsystem, in communication with the processor, that provides video information at a refresh rate. The system may also include an input subsystem, such as a wireless communication system, in communication with the processor, that receives an activity trigger representing an activity of a input device, such as a human input device, and provides, based on the refresh rate, the activity trigger to the processor as the interrupt request.

  • Patent number: 11611513
Abstract: A system and method for discovering interfaces in a network is provided wherein a remote system is configured to discover by connecting to plurality of servers, and intelligently stitching together interfaces that exist between different applications. The remote system is configured to identify these interfaces through message queue servers in the network and their queue managers. Further, stitching together the interfaces is done based upon the hops that a message performs from one system to its target application using message queues. Interface name is created by reading message header, applications involved and queue properties. The system capabilities also include tracking the usage of interfaces based on the traffic that is flowing through them. The system provides a repeatable process to obtain accurate repository of interfaces.

  • Publication number: 20230083397
Abstract: A scalable cache coherency protocol for system including a plurality of coherent agents coupled to one or more memory controllers is described. The memory controller may implement a precise directory for cache blocks from the memory to which the memory controller is coupled. Multiple requests to a cache block may be outstanding, and snoops and completions for requests may include an expected cache state at the receiving agent, as indicated by a directory in the memory controller when the request was processed, to allow the receiving agent to detect race conditions. In an embodiment, the cache states may include a primary shared and a secondary shared state. The primary shared state may apply to a coherent agent that bears responsibility for transmitting a copy of the cache block to a requesting agent. In an embodiment, at least two types of snoops may be supported: snoop forward and snoop back.

  • Publication number: 20230079326
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to identifying legitimate websites and removing false positives from domain discovery analysis. Based on a list of known legitimate domains, a computing platform may generate a baseline dataset of feature vectors corresponding to the known legitimate domains. Subsequently, the computing platform may receive information identifying a first domain for analysis and may execute one or more machine learning algorithms to compare the first domain to the baseline dataset. Based on execution of the one or more machine learning algorithms, the computing platform may generate first domain classification information indicating that the first domain is a legitimate domain. In response to determining that the first domain is a legitimate domain, the computing platform may send one or more commands directing a domain identification system to remove the first domain from a list of indeterminate domains maintained by the domain identification system.

  • Publication number: 20230077581
Abstract: Ferroelectric capacitor is formed by conformably depositing a non-conductive dielectric over the etched first and second electrodes, and forming a metal cap or helmet over a selective part of the non-conductive dielectric, wherein the metal cap conforms to portions of sidewalls of the non-conductive dielectric. The metal cap is formed by applying physical vapor deposition at a grazing angle to selectively deposit a metal mask over the selective part of the non-conductive dielectric. The metal cap can also be formed by applying ion implantation with tuned etch rate. The method further includes isotopically etching the metal cap and the non-conductive dielectric such that non-conductive dielectric remains on sidewalls of the first and second electrodes but not on the third and fourth electrodes.

  • Publication number: 20230079795
Abstract: Described herein are example methods and systems for enrolling a user device with an unified endpoint management system (“UEMS”) directly from another user device. The examples describe a first user device that is already enrolled with the UEMS and a second user device that is seeking to be enrolled. The two user devices can establish a direct connection with each other. The second user device can be authenticated by a user inputting the same migration password or pin at both user device. The first user device can generate and send a migration data file to the second user device. The migration data file can include settings, policies, software packages, and files managed by the UEMS. The second user device can copy settings, policies, and files, and install the applications from the migration data file. The second user device can notify an UEMS server of the device migration.
