  • Publication number: 20240184789
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for creating a query template optimized for recall and precision to be used in database searches. One method includes operations for identifying a training set for training a model, generating subqueries based on features associated with the training set, and performing iterations to create a query template. Each iteration comprises performing a search for each subquery based on a disjunction of the subquery and the query template, calculating a precision of each subquery, and adding the subquery with the highest precision to the query template. The method further includes operations for receiving a search query from a device of a first user, customizing the query template based on the search query and information of the first user to obtain a search selection query, and performing a search utilizing the search selection query. The search results are presented on a display.

  • Publication number: 20240184840
Abstract: Systems and methods for rearranging tags on a graphical user interface (GUI) based on known and unknown levels of web traffic are disclosed. To provide users with real estate listings that have popular home attributes with respect to a given region, the system uses known user interaction information to determine predicted user interaction information for real estate listing phrases (e.g., tags) that are associated with unknown user interaction information. The system then ranks the real estate listing phrases based on each real estate listing phrase's user interaction information. Based on the ranked real estate listing phrases, the system generates for display the highest ranked real estate listing phrase in association with a real estate listing being associated with the real estate listing phrase.

  • Publication number: 20240185863
Abstract: A system and method employ vibration sensors on board a vehicle to effectively identify and implement voice commands. The vibration sensors provide vibration signals corresponding to the speech of vehicle occupants to a controller. The controller may verify the content of the voice commands and identify a speaker of the voice commands with the vibration signals. The voice command may be implemented by operating a controlled device in a specific passenger zone of the vehicle. In some implementations, the speech of a specific occupant may be designated as voice commands to be transmitted over a videoconference or voice call and the speech of surrounding vehicle occupants may be designated as noise to be excluded from transmission. Further, driver voice commands may be given priority when conflicting commands are given by other vehicle passengers.
