Abstract: An embodiment relates to a curvature measurement apparatus. The apparatus includes a first curvature measurement unit configured to, upon a curvature of an object to be measured being relatively greater than a first curvature, measure the curvature of the object to be measured; and a second curvature measurement unit configured to, upon the curvature of the object to be measured being relatively smaller than a second curvature, measure the curvature of the object to be measured, the second curvature being relatively greater than or equal to the first curvature. The curvature measurement apparatus can improve an accuracy of a curvature of an object to be measured.

Abstract: A device can be configured to receive a transmission control protocol (TCP) packet from a user device and determine, based on data included in a header portion of the TCP packet, that the TCP packet includes a toll-free token. The toll-free token included in the TCP packet can be identified, an entity associated with the toll-free token can be identified, and an action can be performed based on the entity.

Abstract: Methods and devices provide access to a sponsored data service (SDS) from a mobile device. A method may include generating a play media command that includes a remote media address and an SDS identifier, and converting the remote media address into a local media address. The method may further include requesting media from an internal content server via the local media address, where the internal content server resides within the mobile device. The method may include determining if the requested media is stored on the internal content server, obtaining the requested media from the internal content server upon determining that the requested media is stored within the internal content server, and playing the requested media on a mobile media player.

According to an example, a search server obtains a natural search list including a first threshold number of natural search materials and a first evaluation score of each of the natural search materials by invoking a natural search service to perform a search operation on a search word, obtains a push information list including a second threshold number of push materials and a second evaluation score of each of the push materials by invoking a push information search service to perform a search operation on a search word, integrates the first evaluation score and the second evaluation score of a material existing in the natural search list and the push information list at the same time, re-ranks the natural search materials according to integrated evaluation scores, and pushes re-ranked natural search materials.

A reference image is selected from a plurality of sequentially captured images. One or more first images are selected from the remaining sequentially captured images based on a luminance value and a sharpness value of the reference image. The reference image and the one or more first images are fused to obtain a second image. Noise reduction is performed on the second image.

To execute the query, in an embodiment, a DBMS determines, in a first vector of first key values that are in a first tile, row identifiers identifying entries of the first vector that contain values equal to a tail value that follows a particular top number of the first key values. The DBMS may select, from a second vector of values of the second key in the first tile, second key values identified based on the determined row identifiers of the first vector.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for traffic engineering in a communications network. In one example method, a controller determines at least one sampling node in a flexible node and a temporal frequency for traffic sampling. The controller instruct the at least one sampling node to perform traffic sampling at the temporal frequency. The controller receives sampled traffic data of all sampling nodes obtained during each sampling. The controller determines, according to the sampled traffic data obtained during each sampling and information about total traffic of a link whose link utilization is greater than a first preset value or less than a second preset value in the communications network, parameter information for traffic engineering. The controller performs traffic engineering control according to the parameter information.

Abstract: The present application provides an access record feedback method, a device, and a system and relates to the field of network communications. In an implementation, the access record feedback method includes processing a data request of a user by a network device to generate an access record, and sending the access record to a content provider in response to the generated access record meets a preset trigger condition. Implementations of the present application can be applied to a CCN or NDN network.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for scheduling data operations for a given query based upon a query-cost model that analyzes the cost of scheduling data operations based upon their operation cost and the type of resources needed for the operation. In an embodiment, a database server receives a set of operations for a query. The database server determines a set of leaf operation nodes from the set of data operations, where the set of leaf operation nodes includes operation nodes that do not depend on the execution of other nodes within the set of data operations. The database server compares operation costs between the leaf operation nodes to determine which leaf operation node to insert into a scheduled order set. The database server inserts the leaf operation node into the scheduled order set. Then the database server iteratively determines new leaf operation nodes and performs cost analysis on remaining leaf operation nodes to generate a set of scheduled data operations.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present Application provide a communications system of an application driven network. The communications system includes: a core controller, a network controller cluster, and an access point cluster. The core controller is configured to allocate at least one network controller in the network controller cluster and at least one access point in the access point cluster to form an application driven network, where the core controller is configured to: form an application control channel and manage the at least one access point, and the at least one access point is configured to form an application data channel. An access point in the access point cluster is configured to establish a communication channel with a terminal device, so that the terminal device accesses the control channel and the application data channel in the application driven network.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of acquiring the rock component content in a stratum, the method comprising: on the basis of acquired element capture spectroscopy logging data, performing normalization processing on each element yield in the stratum rock components; on the basis of an element yield curve obtained from the normalization processing and a pre-established stratum rock interpretation model, establishing a logging curve response equation set; and utilizing the established logging curve response equation set and an optimization algorithm, calculating the content of a rock component in a stratum. The method and device can directly process element yield data of element capture spectroscopy logging, and can improve the accuracy of calculating the rock component in a stratum.
