Abstract: A device associated with a cell tower in a Public Land Mobile Network receives, from a mobile device via a network, a uniform resource locator (URL) that is appended with a first signature generated at the mobile device using a private key of a public/private key pair associated with a toll-free campaign. The device obtains a public key of the public/private key pair, extracts the first signature from the URL, decrypts the first signature using the public key to obtain data, and encrypts the data using the private key to generate a second signature. The device compares the second signature with the first signature, denies toll-free network access to content associated with the URL when the second signature does not match the first signature, and designates data involved with accessing the content associated with the URL as being toll-free when the second signature matches the first signature.

Abstract: A method and system relate to receiving first comments, associated with first digital content, that are submitted by a first user, and determining an opinion of the first user with respect to the first digital content based on the one or more first comments. Determining the opinion of the first user with respect to the first digital content includes parsing the one or more first comments to determine a term included in the one or more first comments, and determining the opinion based on the term. The first user is clustered with second users who share the first users opinion regarding the first digital content. Second digital content, liked by at least one of the second users and have accessed by the first user, are identified, and a recommendation identifying the second digital content is presented for display to the first user.

Abstract: A semiconductor device may include a first inverter, a second inverter, a first access transistor, and a second access transistor. A drain electrode of the first access transistor or a source electrode of the first access transistor may be electrically connected to both an output terminal of the first inverter and an input terminal the second inverter. Abstract: A method for preparing a hollow hydroxyl iron-manganese composite by employing a cubic structure template comprises: (1) preparation of a template: adding a certain mass of potassium permanganate to diluted hydrochloric acid, and dissolving and mixing evenly the same by magnetic stirring at room temperature; then adding polyvinylpyrrolidone thereto, and continuing to dissolve the same thoroughly by magnetic stirring; and finally adding a certain mass of potassium ferrocyanide and de-solubilizing the same for 10-60 minutes at room temperature, then transferring the above mixed solution into a sample bottle, and performing an isothermal reaction at 50-90° C.

Abstract: A device intercepts a request that includes a network address or a universal resource locator (URL) for a landing page and determines whether special handling is applicable when forwarding the landing page to the requesting device. When the special handling is applicable, the request is automatically redirected to a validation device, which determines whether the requesting device is eligible for the special handling. The validation device signs based on the determination and returns the signed request to the requesting device. The requesting device forwards the signed request to request the landing page and the special handling is selectively applied based on the signed request.

Abstract: Herein is described a data placement scheme for a distributed query processing systems that achieves load balance amongst the nodes of the system. To identify a node on which to place particular data, a supervisor node performs a placement algorithm over the particular data's identifier, where the placement algorithm utilizes two or more hash functions. The supervisor node runs the placement algorithm until a destination node is identified that is available to store the data, or the supervisor node has run the placement algorithm an established number of times. If no available node is identified using the placement algorithm, then an available destination node is identified for the particular data and information identifying the data and the selected destination node is included in an exception map. Most data may be located by any node in the system based on the node performing the placement algorithm for the required data.

Abstract: A device determines a connection status of a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) communication interface and a wireless Local Area Network (LAN) communication interface, and stores the connection status in a queue. The device waits, subsequent to storing the connection status, for expiration of a time delay; and retrieves, subsequent to the expiration of the time delay, the connection status or another connection status from the queue. The device sends, based on the retrieved connection status or the other connection status, a service validation request to a server associated with the PLMN, and receives from the server, in response to the service validation request, a validation response that authorizes service delivery to the device via a PLMN.

Abstract: The present invention provide a terminal device, including: at least one sensor, a data processing unit, a memory, a CPU, and a storage, where the sensor is configured to sense a corresponding measured object and generate corresponding sensing data; and the data processing unit is configured to collect the sensing data jointly with the CPU in a mutually complementary manner, store the collected sensing data in the memory, perform feature extraction on the sensing data stored in the memory, and store extracted feature data in the storage, where the mutually complementary manner refers to that, when one of the data processing unit and the CPU is in a working state, the other is in a dormant state. The terminal device provided by the embodiments of the present invention can improve a utilization rate of the CPU.

Abstract: Techniques are described for executing an analytical query with a top-N clause. In an embodiment, a stream of tuples are received by each of the processing units from a data source identified in the query. The processing unit uses a portion of a received tuple to identify the partition that the tuple is assigned to. For each partition, the processing unit maintains a top-N data store that stores an N number of received tuples that match the criteria of top N tuples according to the query. The received tuple is compared to the N number of tuples to determine whether to store the received tuple and discard an already stored tuple, or to discard the received tuple. After all the tuples have been similarly processed by the processing units, all the top-N data stores for each partition are merged, yielding the top N number of tuples for each partition to return as a result of the query.

The device establishes a session between the content device and the requesting device, and the session exchanges data via a pathway that includes a proxy. The proxy identifies data, including the requested content, exchanged in the session and determines whether the special handling was used when forwarding the data. The proxy forwards reporting data identifying the exchanged data and indicating whether the special handling was used when exchanging the data through the session.

Abstract: A first device may receive a toll-free data request that includes an application signature. The toll-free data request may request that a first entity be billed for data usage by a second device associated with a second entity, and may be received from an application. The first device may decrypt the application signature to obtain a device identifier and an application identifier. The first device may validate the application signature based on the device identifier and the application identifier. The first device may selectively cause the first entity or the second entity to be billed for data usage associated with the toll-free data request based on a result of validating the application signature.

Abstract: The present invention provides nucleic acid markers for rapid diagnosis of KD and a kit for detection of the nucleic acid markers. The nucleic acid markers are 4 miRNAs, and the kit comprises primers for quantitative detection of the 4 miRNAs by fluorescent quantitative PCR. The diagnosis of KD can be performed only by quantificationally detecting the contents of the 4 miRNAs in serum exosomes and then analyzing the Ct values of the 4 miRNAs. The present invention possesses the advantages of easily-obtained sample, simple operation, high specificity, time saving, accurate and reliable detection result, etc., so children with KD can be timely and accurately diagnosed. Particularly, KD can be easily distinguished from common virus infection with similar symptoms only by one test. The present invention may play an important role in rapid diagnosis of KD of children and further provide a direction for developing rapid diagnostic kit of KD.
